There's no point in spending hundreds and thousands and traveling thousands of miles for a reunion that will probably only last a day. ^Angel^ said:Holy smokey!!!...![]()
I am planning on having my ex husband keep the children if we do go, that way I can chat with everyone there...I don't think I can afford all of us to go either...
Maybe find a babysitter so you can have your freedom for the whole weekend?..just an idea
btw, we also have 6 children alltogether too but Roadrunner's children lives with their mother..
Liza said:Let's keep international travels in this AD equation. Take it easy on us poor non-US residents. LOL St Louis can easily cost me over 1 grand if one looks at flight, meals, hotel, etc etc. Thats just for one person, and I do want to bring my husband. If I could get a nice, nice discount out of this St Louis trip.. I would consider it though I'd prefer NYC.
I also need to travel across Norway to fly out from the eastern coast (Oslo) instead of the western coast where I live in. Blah! I would like to stick to the major cities because it's cheaper for international travellers.
International travellers are gonna sarcifice alot for this, you know. A little consideration for that would be appreciated. There's no point in spending hundreds and thousands and traveling thousands of miles for a reunion that will probably only last a day.
Other cities suggestions:
Boston, MA
Washington, DC
Orlando, Florida
Probably more!
Liebling:-))) said:Yes, I has to agree with you.
I would rather to wait until 2007.
We would love to go
Florida
New York
Washington, DC
Los Angelos
San Franciso
St. Louis is not popular to Europe. I will learn more about St. Louis through DreamDeaf´s link.
Germany is not too far from Norway, right?
I think Kuifje might know German SL, though.Liza said:Let me know what you find out!Germany is not too far from Norway, right?
I wonder how we would communicate if we know different sign languages. Probably can resort to International Signs. I know ASL and NSL. Not German, sorryI think Kuifje might know German SL, though.
zesty!!!! u are NAUGHTY!!!!!!
in a BIG way! Liebling -- YES DC does have museums in the area what is called "The Mall" (confusing for many i know) but i gotta advise u there is VERY high security -- if u want to see the WHITE HOUSE u gotta ask permission via ur embassy (or US Congressmen/women if US citizen) so that way they would be able to do some background check on anyone who wants tickets to visit the famous address at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue -- ive not been there myself  to me its just a hassle having to go via my representative *shrugs*Oh yes, I would be interesting to visit Holocaust museum. I´m sure the museum is somewhere in Washington, DC. right? I alway want to see it.
Raging Quiet said:How much would it cost for me to travel to the USA?
I would like to go, would I be welcome since Im a newbie?
If I am welcome to go along...this would be my first time to the USA so naturally I would like to do loads of sightseeing hehe
Also I only know BSL, and some ASL fingerspelling and signs. I'm trying to learn more ASL though
