I'm trying to figure out how much I can charge for the AD Caucus - I don't want to make it too expensive that no one would show up, AND on the other hand, I dont want to make it too cheap that I can't cover all the expenses that might pop up...

Also postage, awards, miscellaneous... remember I want to get the best possible bargains...so will TRY to keep costs down.
