AD Caucus is where AllDeaf members meet eachother, DreamDeaf brought this subject up last year I think, and It will held in St. Louis Mo. Look on page one you'll see information. This thread we are talking about what type of foods we would have there.

Planning on coming? If you need more information just PM DreamDeaf, She will be more than glad to fill you in ;)

I do know there are two members of AllDeaf lives in OK too. Peachlady and Tekkmoral. Trust me they are very nice people, I've met them already :) You could ask them when it's close by to the date of the AD Caucus, so that if they are planning on attending. :thumb:

The AD Caucus will be like a get-together for the AD members, their partners and families. It will take place in St. Louis, MO during the weekend of July 20-23, 2006. This was decided by several polls which took place here on AllDeaf.

I will be working on the Caucus after the MoAD Conference, which will be next week :eek: as I am the conference chairperson of that...*sigh*

MizzDeaf is in charge of the banquet for Saturday night - probably buffet style.

We have tentatively decided on several hotels, and we will be working on that aspect after August. I do need a break!

Don't worry, we will be located near the airport, train and bus stations. We will also be near a MetroLink station (similiar to a subway).

Allowing banned members will be under the administrator and moderators' decision on attending the AD Caucus. Permamently banned members will not be allowed to attend.

We plan on having a Administrator Reception Friday night, and several events during Saturday, with the banquet and awards that night. The administrator and moderators will decide on who gets what award.

Then Sunday, the administrator and moderators will start cleaning the hotel while the members make their weary way back to their homes...heh heh.

Holy Smokies!! :-o No one mentioned to me that a broom, dust pan, garbage bag, etc. was 'included' with being a Mod! Hmmmm... :lol:

Anyhow DreamDeaf, the information you've given sounds good and sure looks like it'll be a time when AD'ers will be able to 'rock' and have a great time!! :thumb:

Great informaiton but actually have you made confirmation the prices as condiser go for value ? When it's comes near.. Does will full informaiton as release confirmaitoned by january 2006's ? Do you ? let me know.. I'll scratch the written reminds calendar dead end of year 2005's.. :) Thanks
 
AD Causus sounds like fun and a way to meet the AD'ers in person! It might be a good time for me to go on a mini vacation in July next year. I voted for "go for value". :D
