Puerto Rico is a U.S. Territory, he's already in the U.S. There is no passport needed for Puerto Rico. And, I think it will soon become a state.

No, he isn't Cuban. He's an American. He was born in the continental United States after his parents moved from Puerto Rico (which is an American territory). Maybe his last name confuses people.

I read that his parents moved from Puerto Rico in 1954, which means Ariel Castro would have been born in the States. :confused:

I think there are conflicting reports.
 
Ariel Castro can face death penalty but delay in long years.

Anthony Sowell was sentenced to death after being convicted of killing 11 women and burying their bodies in east side of Cleveland last two years ago. Should be The execution date of Oct. 29, 2012 but has asked the Ohio Supreme Court to change his sentence from death to life in prison on the basis that he did not receive a fair trial because of the extensive media coverage of the murders.
 
Alright, he was born in PR as reported. BTW, his two brothers... were they aware of the kidnappings and not reporting to the police? If they knew about the girls, they will go to jail for sure. Time will tell.

i saw this evil beasts mother and she got no feelings for these courages women,she say her son is sick needs sympathy,no words for statement like that....should look into what a mother is and is she caprable..hard cold woman
 
This is the reason why we can not depend on sex offender registry exclusively because you never know who is going to bust when. If sex offender registry actually works, we would already know about him 10 years ago.

Due to his age, I don't think he will come out of prison alive. He will be more likely thrown in pissy moldy smelly maximum security prison, just like the victims have suffered, and stuck there til under 6 feet of prison's owned cemetery.

Just think this way, this scumbag will have no problem with background check if he wants to buy firearms 6 months ago. Background check does not work 100%.
