To me, Bush's selfishness and lack of judgment lead innocent people to death but Clinton doesn't.

If we're going to talk about which Presidents had sexual scandals/relations while in office, how about Thomas Jefferson, Grover Cleveland, Woodrow Wilson, Warren Harding, Fraklin D. Roosevelt, Dwight D. Eisenhower and John F. Kennedy?

I think people are upset with Clinton because he lied about his relationship with Monica Lewinsky while he was in office.

However, you do have a point. Bush lied in order to get us into the war with Iraq and as a result, over 4,000 soldiers have died -- 1,000+ more than the number of people killed in 9/11.

lie or not.... people have died under them. Thousands of innocents have died under Clinton too. That's lack of military experience and poor judgment as well.
 
Say what you want about Clinton. Compared to the Bush era (especially the 2nd term), I'd do anything to have Clinton back. He can have sex with any woman, man, whatever! Everyone has at LEAST one bad thing about them. We all should be so lucky that a president's "bad thing" has no effect on the American people (except perhaps more humor). Can't say the same about Bush's "bad thing".......

If you mean Bosnia? I do not see anything that Clinton lied about Bosnia war...

That's correct! I never cared for Clinton's sex scandals, it was none of my business to begin with and it was nobody else either, they should mind their own business and worry about their own life and not others. ;)

The difference is that the Iraq war was a war of choice (Bush's choice). We did not have to invade Iraq.

Furthermore, no WMDs were found -- the main reason Bush said we were fighting the war in the first place.

Bosnia and Kosovo, however, were a different story. If you read information about both wars, you will see that there were legitimate reasons for engaging in battle.

Besides, the death toll from the Bosnian war equates to 102,000 while the death toll for the Iraq war equates to over 4,000.

Conversely, the death toll for the Kosovo war was 1,000.

When you add up the numbers, the wars under Clinton resulted in 202,000 deaths while a single war under Bush (war in Iraq) resulted in over 4,000 deaths.

I agree.

If people are going to say Clinton was wrong for lying because he was in office, perhaps they've conveniently forgotten that *all* politicians are infamous for lying. What makes Clinton's lie about having sexual relations with Monica Lewinsky different than the lies told by so many other politicians before him?

Exactly!!!

Under Clinton Administration from 1993 to 2000 - 7,500 troops killed

Under Bush Admininstration from 2001 to 2006 - 8,792... It could be more than 1,000 to 2008...
