I lived thru the Clinton era, and I don't remember anything good about it. It was a nightmare.

He wasn't popular with military people. No one respected him. I know some service members who didn't even want their military retirement certificates signed with his name.

Financially, my family is much better off now.

Then he should not have messed around in the Oval Office of the White House. The White House belongs to the American people, not Bill Clinton, and he had no right to desecrate it.

I know we won't agree on much, but I agree with you on this.

As the Commander in Chief should be aware, sexual relations, especially with a subordinate, are not allowed in government or military work places.

I have agree with you about Oval Office shouldn't use for personal privacy or abuse based on unprofessional stuff, such as sex scandal.

It make president so very unprofessional and more risk to be impeachment or loss the election if run for 2nd term.

I'm sorry about what happened to you during Clinton era.

For me, I'm on opposite of you, my family has been great time during Clinton era but not just only for Clinton era, they had been great time during Reagen and first Bush era too, it went more worse in few years after second Bush got in office, you know about common issues, such as skyrocket of housing price, high gas price, wartime, slightly more taxes on middle class and skyrocket of health insurance, they paid more taxes on during second Bush era but less on Clinton era, I know only second Bush cut taxes on rich people and people with high income.

I was recall about my father were in military service since 1972 until 1993, when during first Bush era, he was very disgusted with first Bush then went delayed the retire to 1993 after Clinton got elected in 1992 and want his name to be signed on retirement certificate, I had asked my father about his opinion on Clinton, he said Clinton was great president during his time and he don't care about situation with Monica in late 1990's.

Clinton and his wife, Al Gore and his wife were cheered up after won in 1992 election, it was on Nov 3, 1992.

I remember about clothing fashion in 1992, hehe.

I remember the Clinton era and it was one of the best eras I ever been under. Economy was amazing. We had more wealth than ever. We had million more jobs. When Clinton left office, we were left with a surplus.

And now Bush is leaving with MASSIVE DEFICIT. Jobs went down. The rich gets more money and the middle class is left with less money to met their needs.

Are people really stupid that if they elect McCain, they will repeat the Bush economics and that McCain has repeatedly said he does NOT UNDERSTAND economics at all. .

Word! That's one reason why I'm voting for Obama.
