AR-15 is legal in my state and we don't have stupid assault weapon ban in our state.

so whats the different between a right and a need ?
need is you NEED is as in practical terms
you have rights to have it, as in luxuary to kill ?

see it doesnt makes sense

why would anybody have to have a law which say you can but you cant when we ALL know its lethal in hands of ANYONE
and if its lethal, then NOBODY should have it

You, Feinstein and Jerry Brown will be in US Supreme Court to hearing about constitutionality of 1989 Assault Weapon Ban - they will strike as unconstitutional.

There are CA compliment of AR-15 - legal in your state.

A right is something that exists by virtue of natural law. No one questions the right of the deer to defend it's self from the coyote as everyone has the right to defend themselves from predators. The founding fathers of the us saw that it's necesary to have teeth to do so.

Bad men will always be lethal. Best to arm the good ones too.
