We have been fooled by some ADers in the past and trust is not there. Shame. Oh well. That is life we have so many liars out there we will never know who is truly honest except for few.
 
try to remember, this is a rare thing. 1 out of number of posters are bad apples. I am not the bad apple. You know you are not the bad apple either. but we all know that everyone have to keep their guard up.

Thank you, candybrowneyes. As I just stated, I will be more than happy to turn over all of the emails that I received that were signed "Rich", and were supposedly from Byrdie's partner. I will also be more than willing to turn over any emails I sent out. I am just as disturbed by this cruel prank as anyone else.

I just this moment discovered what is going on. I left AD before 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday to go to the university. My whereabouts can be confirmed. I logged on and made one post from my office computer after arriving at the university. The times can be confirmed from my posts. I did not arrive back home until between 9 and 9:30 last night. My electricity was off when I returned home, and it did not get repaired until 3:00 a.m. I logged on this morning to discover the situation.

I understand that a couple of AD members sent me emails. I forward all of my emails through Outlook, as I have 2 accounts. One is my personal email, and the other is my university email. None of my emails have been forwarded since yesterday, and I am assuming that the problem is the result of the storms. I am checking into it, and will reply to any and all emails I have received as soon as I have them.

I can assure everyone here that I had absolutely nothing to do with this situation, nor would I ever become involved in something this cruel and unspeakable that toys with the emotions of others in this way.

The why is very simple. Byrdie is a fucked up individual.
 
Jiro might possibility be right after-all. The day Byrdie created that thread on the 28th of Feb, the same day as Squirt joined on AD on the 28th of Feb. :hmm:

I cant believe that Byrdie would do this do u by sending u emails from his partner, Rich. That was just beyond cruel..cruel. :hug:

I believe you, Jill. I think Byrdie did this all by himself.
 
Yes, I was aware of the "message" he made on that day. During that time on 2-28-2009 when I read this, I kept it in my mind when I saw Squirt say Hi (Squirt registered in 01-02-2008), he never posted until 2-28-2009 less than 3 hours after that thread was locked.


So I had a feeling it was the same person, gut feeling when I saw the thread pop up.

I had been watching Squirt's typing and his posting on the forum since then, until he made the ~Byrdie 1969-2009~ thread, I gave "him" a chance and believed he was real for once.

If you read all of Squirt's postings, they usually have I replaced with Me, EXCEPT his first post.
And, from writing style.. I don't know if this is worthy of making analysis but.. Notice the double hypens used to illustrate a point often in "--"'s. They only appear for certain members.




I had this sick to the gut feeling Squirt was fake back then, but I never told anyone my suspicions.

i have trouble understanding if byrd's picture of himself is real then he made all of this death hoax. We all won't forget what he looks like and so on. He could have end up in jail for something he have done bad in the past beside this AD. Deaf world is pretty small that we simply spread out the words to let others that byrdie is not what they thought he is, just simply he is an untrustful person. :/

You know, candybrowneyes, I questioned the formating and the writing in the obit as well, and I dismissed it as probably being a first draft that a family member had written, and the newspaper would format it properly. The thing that really had me questioning was where it said that he worked for "a law firm" and did not name the specific law firm. I should have paid much more attention to my instincts. Instead, I gave it all the benefit of the doubt, as I simply did not believe that anyone could participate in such an unbelievably cruel prank.

I have checked with OSU and Capital Law School. There is no record of his having obtained his JD. I questioned whether he was a lawyer about 2 years ago, and I'm sure that several members remember that very thread. However, after some time, I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. That was my mistake.
 
i am still in haze after this had happening and i didn't get good night sleep ugh i have been having insomnia since one week sighs. last night was worse of all.

Brydie is just mean little shit.
