I know the feeling!! take one class that is involved with toning things such as the body cut or something like the list of classes whatever you have in your gym for classes. Those lists of classes that you might have it in your gym.

I took the body cut class, zumba toning, step internal class, spinning class and tried varies of classes whatever it works or chill out for me like kick boxing or turbokicking. I take one fo them once or twice a month but i stick with spinning, bodycut and zumba toning because i enjoyed them very much. I do work on equipment weighlifting after classes if i feel like so. maybe you can try. remember I am no expert at it but noticing people who takes classes as mine and they seem to manage their weight losses and body become more firm.
I may be wrong but working on keeping very low of eating carb foods for a while but you still can eat carb food but balance with food. After I gave birth to my boy, I was 50 overweight. I was stuck with low carb foods for 6 months and it did help. Then I changed and increase a little more carb eventually slowly within 7 years later. Like i said, i do balance with carb food. *hugs* I know you ve been working so hard to take care of yourself and you still do. i know you wont give up because you are toughie!!!
Take one of those classes that you will enjoy soooo much!!!! I learn something about zumba, but i like zumba toning even better!!!!! take zumba toning class, not just zumba class ok.
