It's not just one girl. If you read the article, he asked more than one, so I think a life sentence wouldn't be a bad thing, cause it sends the message that this isn't tolerated, and he didn't stop even after the police got a warrant for his laptop. Plus, you don't get off easily for doing that. If the Feds catch you, it's a life sentence, for sure. Now, I don't know about Colorado, but he's looking at 15+ years, that much I'll tell you, cause once the police are onto you, most people have the common sense to either stop or lay low. Not this guy. He's obsessed, and I think he deserves it. That's just my personal opinion, because if he's persisting the girls for topless pictures, that amounts to sexual harassment, and many young ladies do NOT need that in today's world.
 
That not right for middle school students wanted see boobs!! Kept private never asked for picture of your breast if parents need kept eye on computer for their children if kept secret from parent spit out!

Rules for under ages 18

NO PORNS ALLOWED include adult movie and computer must require adult supervision all the times..

If you have children follow rules and listen

Let's not forget R and NC-17 rated movies. Those are pretty graphic, as well, and personally, I don't think anyone under 21 should be seeing these. Their brains wouldn't be mature enough to handle such graphic info at such a young age, and 21 is more proper.

He sure sound like a pervert to me. We had a Dr. in my city and some of his teenage girls patients said the DR. touch them in the wrong way . That DR. no longer has an office in the city. I am not sure what happen to him

I'm agree that but mostly parents can bans let kids watch adult movie and porn movie also plus R and nc-17 too if teens who lives parents must obey parent's rules can watch good show like pg-13 is alright..

If teens get hide from parents for example playboy or porn magazines would not allowed!

Many million teacher who have sex under ages teens and never tell parents about that and parents wanted truth! And teacher can fired or admin leave chosen till school district makes decision ruled wouldn't allowed dating between teacher and students but parents can against for that..

i agree its stupid and excessive, maybe just put him thru a rehab (for porn yes theres such things, and counselling) and have a on going therapy for 2 years, then a board meeting to reconsider his position as a teacher , id give him a chance.....being called a perv is just crying out loud, i doubt he would attack or anything, just did a stupid thing, maybe he was fascinated or wanted proof or boobs are different i dunno... i mean you can get a 15 year pass off as an 18 to enter bars..then what? its happening FAR FAR more often, AND they are probably having sex with underages UNWITTINGLY !!! then if caught who's to blame??!

I don't care what kind of treatment he gets, he should never teach children again. The children have to be protected more than he needs a second chance.

This proves he's a slow learner:

Rehab, I agree.

Reinstate him as a teacher. No way! He and others have made our jobs harder because we are all more paranoid about getting falsely accused and weird policies get set in place making teaching even more difficult.
 
If this "so called teacher" approached my daughter for some topless photos....I'd kick his ass.

Kicking his manhood WOULD send a message to NOT mess with that kid's parents. Other parents, however, would go to extremes to protect their kids, and that's why we have a justice system-- to put these kinds of people in their proper places. He should either be in jail for life, or involuntarily committed until he proves he won't do it anymore. Either one is fine by me.
 
Did you do the homework. If your gonna demand society so something at least find out the costs to society.
