I agree with you LOL.... I wish I will living in Canada for while until Bush is over... Then I can come back. Well. We are so stuck...

FitnessGuru, that was not an invite for you to show your true side to us...it was a comment on the election itself.

OK. I have voted against giving the homosexual community that rights, but don't call me narrow-minded, fascist, etc. I do have several homosexual relatives and friends. One of my homosexual friends told me earlier today he voted against it, he believes only men and women should have that rights. I'm pretty sure some other of these people voted against that!

Ok... let me ask you something.. Do you think they will stop at banning gays from marry? Or will they ban more? Like sterilize deafies, handicapped, blacks, mexicans, etc.. just like some countries did. Where do you think they will stop at?

There are republicans talking about reinstate slavery in Florida. Bush mentioned about it in second or third debate that there is no such as slavery issue in US Constitution. Don't think that he will not. He will do it. You don't have to believe me right now, the reality will set in soon or later for me.

Ahem...while I do not support Bush, he will never allow slavery to come up again or have anyone sterilized. We have came too far to do such insane acts. This is very unrealistic.

Welcome to the Fascism!

That's all I can say to that ridiculous news.

I just think that this country is not ready for this. We have came a long way since dark ages for the gays/lesbians but it is clear that America is not ready to permit gay marriages.

Oregon was one of these states that banned that and there is an ugly demonstration going on regarding Measure 36. But it does not mean that this is beginning of Fascism.

Have you actually read up on Fascism? I don't see how it can be applied to this.

Are you talking about the draft, or the slavery? Not sure if you made a typo or not.

I dont think gay issues are related to deafies, racists, etc...it is separate issues...I think gay issues are immorals and it is against the Bible! God did not created man to man nor woman to woman...He created man to woman for to have family. NO offense! :D

No. Read somewhere in second or third debate transcript and check it out. Not only that, republicans actually are talking about it in Florida (how did we obtained the information? By posing as republicans, working with them and have some talks with them. That's how people found out). As I said before, you don't have to believe me right now. Reality will set in for me soon or later.

Uhh, I mean where will it stop at? When they are done with homosexuals, they will move to other issues such as disabilities, colors, religious (anything beside Christianity) etc.. As I said above, you don't have to believe me right now, reality will set in for me soon or later. When it does, I will come back and say 'I told you so, na na na!'

And you didn't offend me, I am not gay.. I am SPEAKING for anyone... And do you know that it is immoral to hate or discriminate against anyone? Jesus said so yet you discriminate against homosexuals. That's very INTERESTING. How 'un-republican/un-christianity' of you (assuming that you are republican based on your view of homosexual). Now that's biggest joke ever I heard from you, is it?

Since we are on 'immoral' issues, it is immoral to lie right? Yet your incompetent president did that again, again, again and again. That's another biggest joke (bad one). It is immoral to praise anyone beside God yet republicans took the pledge and praise Bush as their 'christ' in one of these rallys several days ago. Bush and Fundamentalists repeatedly using God as their 'God' to make a judgement or rather, enforce their judgement on non-christianity/free-thinking people. Bush and his armies killed more than 100,000 innocent civilians plus iraqi soldiers for no reason. No WMDs, none whatosever... He clearly lied to americans about it.

Bush and Fundamentalists broke several Commandments that created by God. And yet you are whining about these homosexuals that it is immoral for them to love each other. You, sir are the biggest joke on this earth. No offense, sir. I am not christian (well, ex-christian) and I clearly know what I am talking about immoral issue but a question is: do you? Again, Jesus and God stated that we cannot enforce our beliefs & views on others Once you did, you are no better than terrorists & pedophile. Think it over real carefully.

Sorry for being very blunt but I want to make a point across on this nonsense immoral issue about homosexuals. Yes, I must admit that it is quite gross for me to do with men but it is their feelings and their loves, not ours. That's where Bush and Fundamentalists is wrong about this, it will put a huge blow on them soon or later, history has teach us about that one.

Edit: Oh one thing, some people raised same issue about that as you did with me and when I bought up about immoral issues as counter back to their words.. But of course, they are in massive denial. That's what I expect of them... I mean, they preach and preach to others countless times yet they cannot practice what they preach. Pathetic people.

reinstate slavery? BULLSHIT! even if that happened, it's completely outrageous and would cause civil war 2 or something like that again.

I seriously doubt that would happen in the future, and if it did, then all hell break loose.

Magatsu, your last post reminds me of Pastor Martin Niemoeller's long famous quote:

In Germany they came first for the Communists and I didn't speak up
because I wasn't a Communist. Then they came for the Jews and I didn't
speak up because I wasn't a Jew. Then they came for the trade unionists
and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a trade unionist. Then they came for
the Catholics and I didn't speak up because I was a Protestant. Then they
came for me--and by that time no one was left to speak up. *

Martin Niemöller 1892-1984.

Very powerful and I agree that if Jesus Christ came here and saw what was happening in His name, He would have wept, BIG TIME......

I would not lie to you or anyone. I am not interesting in making up some stories. I just told you what I heard from 'insiders'. That's all, as I said above, you don't have to believe me right now. I don't care if you don't believe me, I just will have to wait for the reality to set in and see what happen.

Remember that new PATRIOT Act II is on the way, we cannot speak against Bush or his views. Once we did, they will consider us as terrorist and arrest us. That is only beginning... Truth/fact tend to be more strange than fiction.

if thats true about Patriot Act II, then i guess they are removing our freedom of speech, freedom of press, freedom of opinons, etc... (according to the first amendment)

sablescort, that is PERFECT statement ever I read! Yes! That's exactly what will happen in America soon or later under Bush. Bush's Pledge's Oath & pre-screening is only beginning.

Read this: http://www.ratical.org/ratville/CAH/fasci14chars.html

It is remarkably similar to Bush and his politics lately. Highly recommended to read.
