I watched a sad film that millions and millions of American people live on the street, it makes me wonder
why cannot they live in shelter homes?
Why they spent their money on bottles, and choose to live on the street rather than saving these money for shelter's board fee.
Why can't they live with their family until they find a place to live with their unemployment benefit in rent house/caravan?
I heard recently that Salvation Army don't do their job properly in helping homeless people.
