Hi guys, I am new here. I am deaf and have been since birth. I wear an hearing aid in my right ear. I can't hear anything out of my left ear, even with an aid. I speak, but grew up knowing some signed English. I am seriously considering a cochlear implant and may get one by next year. I am now currently taking a ASL class in college because I want learn it and be able to talk with other deaf people who sign. I haven't really known any deaf people who sign since my early childhood. I thought I'd join here so I could get to know other deaf people who understand the things I go through. Hehe so yeah I think that's all I have to say here...I just wanted to say hey!
