Wow, I must say....what a 'lonng trip' back home--and then barely making it to the bed....heck, each minute of the drive to and from St. Louis was worth it...I'd do it again! It's nice to be back 'home sweet home', although, the time I had with everyone else in St. Louis was truly inspirational and awesome!! I know we all had a great time and a blast just being together--at the same time, instilling lasting friendships and acquaintances that each of us will surely cherish for days, months and years to come.
First of all, thanks to
DreamDeaf and
MizzDeaf for all they have done, put up with, just for making this event official...all the 'time' they've put into this, the hours, days and months of planning and putting it all together. The hotel was truly a very nice place to be in...the bed...well...umm...all I'm gonna say, it sure was nice and comfty!

The hotel staff made sure our stay was pleasant...,etc., but it's the members of AD who showed up that made it all the more pleasant and awesome!!!
Just as important, without
Alex, none of this would be possible. St. Louis would just be 'another city' to most of us instead of a place for those who did go and meet. Kudos and many thanks to
Alex for making all of this possible, creating lifetime friendships, having fun and a great time! As I always say: "da man, thanks!!!"
And for each of you that came, getting to see you in person was great...knowing that each of you is very sincere and genuine (just glad the yellow feathers weren't! lol)...this group holds a very special place for
Alldeaf.com, being members of the first bi-annual Caucus ever held.
A quick rundown for each of you:
GalaxyAngel: Very funny, sincere, shows great concern for others, loves to talk (ain't that right VamPyroX??

) --
TweetyBird: Hilarious, very nice to be around, understanding and caring...yet, when she might be chirping just like a real bird--ain't she chirping for someone? lol
Soonerseth: Very nice young man, funny, glad to meet you! Heh, next time on a metro-link (train), I'll be sure you won't be zooming forward so fast once the train starts! lol...wasn't that funny, but at the same time, it was like whoa!!! lol
Rebelgirl: Sweet and caring, not too shy--funny too...who knows, she just might end up dying her hair blonde and fit in with the Blonde twins of AD--heh heh, a pleasure to know that she now has some great and true friends she can count on. You'll know when she's around when she calls out for either 'iced-tea or mountain dew' lol
LovelyBlkGal: Makes funny expressions, still looking for that 'guy' to share those funny expressions with. Nice person and could see she had a good time being with us all...being able to laugh at those expressions when it happened. Heh--lol
MizzDeaf: Loves to *rmes* and does it real good and makes a great 'team' along with our own
DreamDeaf when telling jokes, etc. Obviously is very helpful and caring too...many thanks for your support and help to make AD Caucus 2006 successful!!
DreamDeaf: Likes to be known as: 'CuteCrazyDreamer' and her jokes, stories are hilarious to boot to watch when she tells 'em.

Many many thanks to all you've done and managed to create
Alldeaf.com's FIRST successful and official Caucus!! Look forward to working with you on the next one. Keep the jokes/stories rollin'...we all love 'em!!
Cheri: What can I say for my future sis-in-law? She's wild and crazy, but funny when anyone is around her. She cares for others and will be a good friend to those who gets to know her. Pssttt...let me know when ya want another Bud Light (that's right Alex, stickin' to my Bud Light! lol) and who knows, there may be someone 'out' there that loves Bud Light too.

Also, I know you don't hardly 'drink'...but was a pleasant night when we all gathered around to have a few rounds of drinks and seeing you getting buzzed in a nice way.
VamPryoX: Glad you came down and joined in the ride with us to St. Louis, you're indeed a cool person and obviously you love to chat (now who doesn't? lol ). Thanks for all the help with your handy dandy sk2 when needed.

Anyone? Anytime you meet this cool guy, be sure to plan on making a trip to 'White Castle' restaurant!
Alex: da man--yeppers, sure is one!! If it wasn't for you man, none of this would have happened!! Obviously we could have our own 'Bud wars' lol...you prefering Bud while I like Bud Light--heh. You're indeed a real super cool dude and was such a great pleasure to meet you in person--finally. Sure look forward to working alongside you here in AD in the days, months and years ahead! Once again, many thanks for providing a place for the Deaf, Hoh and hearing people to meet and be like a community, a place to grow, to have lasting friendships, etc., great job and keep it up too!!
^Angel^: Yea...less than a year to go until we make it official and now that we've seen a 'few' in person who'll be in our beloving wedding next year, it was such a pleasure to see you among friends, cherishing each moment with them, seeing the tears when it was time to leave. Seeing how much you've enjoyed being with everyone and caring for each one of them, also, I have enjoyed being with you and that 'we' were a part of this wonderful adventure...I'm glad we made every effort to make it, no matter what, and obviously, it was a 'time of our lives', to spend with one another and everyone!!
Now, preparing for the next one in 2008! Let's get ready to shake and rock
Alldeaf.com!!!
Glad to know that each one of you made it safely back home while one made it safely back to her own 'cage'.
