I go past Minnesota every year in the summer time to head to Sioux Falls and It's a long trip and it is not in Central of United States. I don't think that would be fair to those who lives southern.

I am sorry I don't see it working out. I would love to see everyone come but if it is Northern, East, West or South, We might won't get alot of people going cuz its too much traveling time for them.

Oh Sorry, I travel every summer for work, I work for my dad doing BBQ Business and we go to different states to Rib Fest to sell foods and win awards. ;)

I don't know them personally but, We do get deaf customers all over the states when We Travel, St. Augustine, Florida has the more Deaf Customers because there a school in St. Augustine for the Deaf and that is why we get more Deaf Customers at the Rib Fest. That is why my Dad puts me up front when there Deaf people comes up to our booth. I love meeting different Deaf people, They are awesome. :)

We better stick with the topic before DreamDeaf hit us with her news paper. :shock:

It sounds fine what y'all are discussing. I would like to meet everyone, but if it's not possible for me to... its fine, too. :) No hard feelings! Just sucks we all live so far from each other.

Cheri, NYC would be the closest and cheapest city for me. :lol:

Yes, I´m agree with you totally! That´s what my hubby said the same! We check the map today. It would be cheap for Europeans to stop at East America like NYC, Boston, South Carolina & Florida (East side only).

I would choose NYC because it´s not far from Europe and cheapest flight fare.

Please remember that it´s not cheap for Europeans to fly over to America. It would be nicer when you all understand why we (Europeans) choose side of East only.

I beleive that Alex would be happy to be hosting only if we all are agree to choose NYC instead.

Would you do that, Alex?
 
Oh yes, I need to know the details over hotels etc. etc. etc.

I hope you will understand why we choose NYC. Please be fair with everyone because central US is expensive for Europeans.

It is not that we don't understand, I did not know that Eastern side was more cheaper for both of you or whoever lives out of United States, All you had to do was explain that we would understood. NYC is fine as long everyone agrees with it too?
 
Of course I understand and do not mind visiting NYC again, but rather to have Alex and E to host the party then I'll agree on NYC....

I also noticed that some of you rather to have it on the year of 2007, but a couple of members can't go and either can Roadrunner and I....so I hope the year of 2006 is fine with everyone here and that will give us prenty of time to save money...

What do you guys think?....

i dont know if you guys realize this.. but nyc is very costly.. compared to minneapolis and st.louis... thats my opinion.. i am sure that a lot of metro nyc ppl including me prolly want to go elsewhere for a change.. but whatever..

there are hostels in nyc that can cost... *gasp* 30 bucks a night. 20, maybe? i checked it out before. you can room up with 6 peeps at a time.. or have a room for yourself.. 2 people, three people, etc.

who HOST for?

I have noticed that poll vote will end at January 20, 2005 and we have to active for getting together. I just read many people want to getting together in MN because of central. I just poped my mind, someone planned to take OnlineBash at St Louis and never hear from him again. He said St Louis is central. Now, DD planned to take action for hosting at St Louis but you guys wanting to meet at MN then we need a HOST, not DD because she not know much about MN and not want to take over HOST for it. Only in St Louis, if you want to take over in somewhere then let anyone knows before January 20, this year. Let's work on it. Thanks
