It makes me having 2nd thought - getting my tube tied or getting my husband's thing snip snip

:shock: The baby will need to learn to sleep on a bed instead of a crib and start using shoes instead of stroller since the baby can break the crib and the stroller! Heh!

LOL Stacy... A friend of ours has three children. The birth weight of each child respectively was ... 10ibs (first child), 11ibs (middle child), and 13 ibs (last child)...The first two were delivered naturally! lol So, I'll leave the child bearing to the "heartier" women on this board. There is NO WAY ON THIS EARTH you'd get ME to consent to that! lol Not unless you promise me an epidural from the neck down first! :nono: :rofl:

It's not rare to give birth to big babies nowadays. Banjo knows my sister and she gave birth to 3 big babies and she didn't use any drugs at all. The biggest of the 3 tipped the scales at 11 lbs 8 oz.

The birth weight of my 3rd daughter was 9lb 14 3/4oz.
My Obs weight my placenta and said its unusual heavy at 2lb, normally it should be 1lb, telling me I was carrying my daughter 12lbs altogether! She was wearing size 1 baby clothes at birth.

My deaf friend's 15 years old daughter deliver 10lb 2oz baby boy, she is only school girl teenager mum.

Research have shown that boys are heavier than girls at birth!

My daughter's Godfather was born weight 20 lb (Yes TWENTY POUND) in Belgium!

I recall my 3rd baby born 8 lbs 5 oz.. I begged the delievery doc to cut me LOL but then he finally born whew.. altho my husband was born 11 lbs 9 oz he was the biggest baby in his family when I found out I just complete cross my legs LOL but hey look at me I delieveried healthy happy baby ! I mean a very happy baby hehe..

my two kids were born at 6 lb 4 oz and 6 lbs 11 oz.. that was good enough for me till I had Rett Uhoh! and I was telling actually yelled at the dr for not believing me that I had cut with my two previous birth He kept claimed that I can do it.. I yelled everytime he tell me "try to push" My husband told me my face was very dark red like I was pissed off at the doctor when He doesn't believe me until he "finally agreed" to do it. what a relief! Hehe..


as for the stories aboves I would say If baby is healthy and happy and lots of lbs/kg then whew !

:jaw: DAMN Girl, That's BIG BABY!!! I hope that she had a C Section then having it naturely...... OUCH OUCH that gotta hurt if she had it naturely.... :jaw:
 
I saw it on the news here as well...mother had C-Section having that boy.

My sister's baby was born 9 pounds 2 ounces .... 3 years ago. (didn't survive, though)
 
How Come WaterRats? Why didn't she survive?

My First Born was 9 pounds 5 oz Healthy baby Boy!


13 Pounds Is alright for a baby.. as long the baby is Healthy that's all it matters;)
 
Umm.. dont be shock.. that 13 pound baby isnt only one on earth.. many born with over 13 pounds too..

my first daughter born 9 pounds.. and
my 2nd daughter born 10 pounds 3 oz..

few more pounds will be equal to that 13 pounder baby..

My second child weight 10 and half pounds and I didn't get a C-Section, I admit it did hurt as hell, but that is why the nurse had to cut down ( you know where LOL ) a bit more, so the baby can come out!

It's not bad as it seem to be! ... :mrgreen:
 
1st son 5lbs and 15 oz but almost alikely mine was 5lbs and 2 oz.
2nd Daughter 7lbs and 12 oz simlair alike my hubby's weight.
3rd son 8lbs and 9oz must be related alike my hubby's Dad's was weighted.
