Excellent! Ten years ago I wouldn't have been too concerned but with everything fast migrating to the internet, the deaf and blind are not being given access to these things in a society that demands you have access to them.

It makes it that much harder for others who really are deaf to be taken seriously. I can't stand it when anyone makes false claims or lies to the detriment of another group.

Classes, books, videos (I've worked at libraries so I know a lot about getting resources). Fluency with anything takes time; I'd set a goal and aim for fluency in a year. Language is one of my strengths though.

That's so sad. If I had a deaf child I could never imagine not learning to sign. Really, for a lot of people there are too many resources for excuses.

There are plenty of other sites that offer games. As has been said before younger than 13 children aren't supposed supposed to be on facebook as part of the Terms of Use.

Yeah...I've always had really sensitive ears; High pitch noises irritate me to no end. Heavier noises like fireworks or balloons I find very painful. When I was younger kids use to pop balloons in near me because they knew I'd freak out.
