    Software TTY App??

Hi there! Full disclosure, I'm a T-Mobile Accessibility manager. T-Mobile IP Relay service is for anyone in the USA and US Territories - you do not need to be a T-Mobile subscriber, so download away on your mobile device, even tablets. Or you can just use it from any web browser. If you...

    CapTel phones (or similar devices)

Agreeing with Amy - there should be a button on the phone to contact customer service, or emailing them - they will figure out what the problem is, or maybe even replace your phone at no charge.

Remembering the girl who inspired Gallaudet

That's absolutely not true. The statute does not form an "L" in any way on the hands. Lincoln Memorial Address

    Everything about iPhone

It's not that it'll be "illegal under Apple" it'll just not be supported and you won't be able to get warranty support. So you jailbreak your phone and then have a problem, Apple can say to your face "tough, can't fix it." Most people aren't interested in jailbreaking. It's possible to do...

My phone is dying not sure where to buy a new one

You should check into the CapTel service for your state. I use Sprint CapTel personally. There is a captioner on the line to ensure the voice recognition technology is as accurate as possible, and it has really good adjustable sound amplification. I think it'll meet all your needs being...

HTC EVO as "mifi" under Sprint Hotspot

My understanding is that even with Android 2.2, it'll be up to the phone company to allow it for free or not. The only phone that does it for free right now is the Nexus One and that's sold out, never to be sold again.

Sprint Relay - HTC EVO 4G

This is the official Sprint release of Android 2.2 - there's no way they wouldn't have both cameras working, 4G, all that. We're not talking about rooted builds here like CM6, this is the real deal.

    TTY services for Blackberry 8900

There is no "app" or software program for phones that allows someone to call you via TTY. They would have to call you on the phone via the relay service to your home TTY.

Sprint Relay - HTC EVO 4G

I've seen some blog comments already talk about 4G coverage in L.A., and Sprint's recent press release showed a commitment to 4G in LA, NY and Miami by the end of 2010. Als, Clearwire coverage shows coming soon for Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, and Daytona Beach - I betcha Sprint won't be far...

    Android phone vibration question

Sound Manager and Gmail notifier are great apps for vibrating - and they'll set it to "vibrate whenever possible" too.
