I'm still confused. It sounds like the judge amending a judgment (sentence) and I don't think it can be done. Does anyone here with a law degree know?

It can be done if an appeals judge is the one that amended the sentencing.

Sad.. very very sad.. She serves 13 days out of a 90 day sentence. The govt needs to lay the pimp hand down upon these celebs. They get away with far too much and never learn from their mistakes. If this was the reg joe we would definately being staying in Jail for the term of our provision's. This completely makes me sick!
