Mod: Can I please change the title to "What Beaches?" because "Which Beaches" is grammatically incorrect. It's been bugging me. Is this possible?
We were at Newport Beach today....

Which beach is fine...which beaches is okay if it has "are" with it...
Which beach is the best one? Which beaches are the best ones?
Ok, Mod - I changed my mind. Please leave the title. LOL.

I've been to many beaches ... Manhattan Beach (LA), Brighton Beach (NYC), and many more. So far I think The Outer Banks, NC is the best beach, because it is old fashioned beach, with full of activities. You can learn 2 hours of flying course, and you start to fly on your own with gliders, etc. You can learn how to sail, kayaking, among others. Also they got very good waves - perfect for surfing.

Check the video on their website.

Mission Bay Beach in San Diego is my favorite. So much to do there from shops, restaurants parks, a bay on the other side of the beach, an amusement park, and a long boardwalk that extends for miles and miles. It does get crowded and parking can be hard to find during the summer.
Long Beach, Santa Monica Beach and Malibu Beach r other great beaches to go to.
However, I'm a flexible person - if you know of a good beach somewhere outside of Southern Cali, go ahead and tell us all about it!![]()
Been to Mississippi's, Alabama's, Florida's, South Carolina's, and New Jersey's beaches. My experience in beach culture may not be fanatical.
For me:
Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, U.S.A.
Nice beach, a few hours from civilization, and, when you go with a crowd, always a lot of fun!
Guess what, mate? Bondi Beach in Sydney, sucks!
Bondi Beach is one of Australia's if not the world's most famous beaches. Located in Sydney, Bondi Beach is as much a lifestyle choice as a place. Bondi Beach draws the visitor, captivates them and forges memories of sun, surf and sand. Bondi Beach is very tolerant as topless sunbathing is common and gay and lesbian couples displaying affection can be seen.

My sister visited there last 2002

News report:
Police crack down on cell-phone cameras at Sydney beaches
CANBERRA - There's no law against photographing the beauty of an Australian beach.
But Sydney authorities have drawn a line in the sand where it comes to people photographing near-naked beauties who frequent those beaches with cell-phone cameras.
After a man was fined for secretly taking pictures with his cell phone of a woman sunbathing topless, authorities are considering new laws to restrict such photography due to privacy concerns about the new phone technology.
Peter MacKenzie, 25, of Sydney was fined 500 Australian dollars (US$380) last month after pleading guilty to offensive behaviour in taking the pictures at the city's Coogee Beach.
Police said another man, who has not been named, will face court next month after allegedly being caught last week at the same beach with 75 images of topless women in his phone.
Law expert Noric Dilanchian said the plan by the local Waverley Council to ban cameras from parts of Sydney's famed Bondi Beach seemed almost impossible to enforce.
"We all take cameras to the beach, phone or otherwise," Dilanchian said.
There you go, I told you so! It is illegal to take photos at Bondi Beach, it is against the law there unfortunately!!! That photos was taken in 2002 just before the law was enforced.![]()
I always like Pensacola Beach but it was too salty.
So, that's why you're still floating!So, that's why you're still floating!
I like taking a dip in salty waters. Whatever ails your skin, it will be cured by a dip in salty waters.
True but WHAT ABOUT JELLYFISHS? I don't like Jellyfish.
