My plans might be dropped as well. I told my parents that I was going to visit a friend and my parents know that I need a car in order to do that. They told me that they were going to see a movie, and they decided to take both cars with them. Now, I'm carless at the moment and stuck at home! Dammit!

They told me that they were going to see a movie, and they decided to take both cars with them. Now, I'm carless at the moment and stuck at home! Dammit!

Bad news and good news! Bad news is that I was at ER today dealing with asthma attack as well as bronchitis. I got treated with breathing steam machine (dont know proper word for this) and steroid shot. Taking medicines now.

Good news is that my husband went to bed right after supper as he worked 12 hrs day shift today so that he can wake up at 11 pm tonight. He wanted to sit with me on sofa watching rented movie as the clock gets near midnight so we can kiss and celebrate new year! After the movie we will go back to sleep so he will go back to work early tmr morning. Isnt he a darling!!!??? :fly3:

My mom has a red camaro. My dad has a white saturn. My brother and sister-in-law are in town for the break. Since they have a baby, they need a second car to fit the baby in. That's why they took two cars. One of my sisters is out of town so she left her green Saturn for us to borrow. However, my dad preferred that only he or my mom use the car since it's my sister's car. Instead of them taking the green car and either the white/red on, and leaving the remaining car for me to use... they took the red and white car leaving me with a car I'm not allowed to drive. :roll:

Aw Peachylady, I'm really sorry to hear that you end up in the hospital, We do worry about you alot when it comes to the bronchitis you had in the past....but I am glad to hear you are taking medicine for it....Hope you will get better soon

That was really sweet of you and your husband spending the New Year eve with eachothers, Roadrunner and I did too along with my children, we all watched DVD movies that we rented yesterday and also I made turkey dinner with mash potatoes, corn and homemade turkey gravy, also we made strawberry drinks too....
