What is your worst Restaurant?

Long John Silver because too much grease and fried. I CANNOT eat a GREASE! I ate "Joe Shack's Crab" expensive restaurant "Coconut shrimps and hush puppies" with extra fried and grease. I got throw up! This company is out of business. I am so happy!

Joe's Crab Shack is still in business, it does have in your state, one in suburb of Gary area, also there's 1 in nearly to my area but only around 40 min, they are growing over USA.

I love Joe's Crab Shack, yummy...

For me, worst restaurant/fast food is Pizza Hut (taste like boring, not exciting, so bitter), Popeye (worse than KFC), Subway (I prefer Quizno's) and Long John Silver (taste like boring and bitter), also I don't eat fast food so often, just like 1 time per week, even are nothing, I just prefer go to sit down at restaurant at most time, about 1-2 times per week.

I used liked Subway in 3 years ago until they stopped cook the grilled chicken breast in chicken broth then switched to use heat via microwave, it taste like so crap now, also microwave does loss of proteins from meat and loss of flavor, that no good. Quizno's is always cook the grilled chicken strips in chicken broth, that taste alot better and really lovely my taste.

McDonalds :barf:

I once saw a drawing of Ronald McDonald with fangs and a pointed hairdo. Their fries are blah compared to Burger King ones.

I do love to eat a seafood like fresh crab, shrimps, lobster and other. But I don't like to put too much fry and grease. It made me sick and threw up. I prefer to eat a fresh seafood close the ocean not in my state.
I dislike Little John Silver because it's not fresh. It's too much grease. It's high calories, and fat grams.

I called to Pizza Hoe not Hut. :giggle: It's boring food. But Bistro is not bad. I like Oliver Garden over Pizza Hut's Bistro. I like Subway and Quizno Sub too. I never see the subway from the microwave. Yuck! I refuse to eat it. I prefer use a toast. I always prefer to eat a fresh bread not dry. I don't eat fast food that much either. I am staying at home and cooking to save the money.

I like Quizno's too. It's close to my home. :D It's my favorite Panera Bread.

i wouldnt stand fried chicken when my mom brought popeye lots!!!!!!!!!!! and i got gain more weight! im warned it but i told my aunt about that and my aunt tell me says i can eat grilled chicken only not FRIED CHICKEN! and i text messages my mom says "how about popeye for dinner?" i says ok! that not good idea for me!
It's a matter of moderation. It's alright if you eat there once a while, just not a lot.

Ever hear of a guy who ate a big mac twice almost every day for 36 years? That's over 23,000 Big Macs. He's still alive and well. :)

There's a Shoney's on the highway between Chapel Hill and Lynchburg that is truly awful.
I can not force myself to eat the food there even when I risk bad hunger cramps because I skipped meals. Even my father who will eat just about anything no matter how bad it is, admitted it was awful. The next time we went out to get my cochlear implant mapped, we ordered Chinese food in Amherst on the way back. :)

Probably any greasy, greasy, greasy joint. Long John Silver never had anything yummy the last two times I tried their food. It's either old food or greasy.

i don't like del taco and taco bell.

at long john silver, i never eat there again (when i was in my 20's). tooo much greasy.

I worked, as a teenaged, pimply boy, for Chi-Chi's, McDonald's, and Burger King. (Well, for B.K., I wasn't teenaged - I'd wanted the extra "income"!) I did not seek for flies to be within the menu (though, they gave a level of protein, mind you.) Frozen beef Junior B.K. burgers are not too different from the beef B.K. burger meat. They aren't! I swear! (Well, when I'd heard that Shel90 was there, I'd spat into the food . . . all in good fun, though!)

My Worst Restaurant - Landry's:

Very recently, I'd gone to a family reunion in St. Louis (Union Station). There, shockingly, was a restaurant touting a New Orleans-based diet. Such delicacy! Such temptation! Such draw! I had to dine!

Having resided in New Orleans, NO ONE can make gumbo properly. Gumbo is an art that is reserved for the homely style. (Read: HOME.) Gumbo is VERY subjective. (Like beef stew for ya'll yankees!) There's gumbo that you can mass market to the tasteless "north of I-10 of the United States" crowd and there's REAL gumbo - home's gumbo. No one can compete with "home." Would you believe that, even, the waitress had advised against the gumbo? I told everyone at my table not to get the gumbo if they'd trusted me. "Don't get the gumbo . . . it ain't that good." (Maybe she'd gotten the impression that we knew too much!) She knew that much.

Landry's. I'd hoped for so much. I ate there. I sought real food . . . REAL food. No. No. No. This was mass-marketed food. This was food catering to those who were NOT from Louisiana. This catered, apparently, to a crowd that had nothing to do with New Orleans. I was from New Orleans and went there because I was from New Orleans . . . and the food was not New Orleans. It was not, even, Louisianan. It was mass-marketed. What for? I guess: money, money, money.

You can't go wrong with bisque. A bisque is prepared in a particular way that you'd can't go wrong (if you're taught properly). They'd prepared it right. Very right. It was good. I had two bowls. Bowls; not cups. Corn bisque at Landry's is good. The rest, with all of its New Orleanian names, were crap. CRAP. What for? I guess: money, money, money.

When asked if there were other locations of the same restaraunt and the reply was, "I don't know <cheerleader giggle> . . . I think there's one in Florida." I wanted to die when she'd said that.

Want New Orleans or Louisiana food? Talk to me. Want Landry's? I kill you.

Moral of the Story:
Mass-marketed food will always be different from real food. Pay cheap and you will get cheap food. 99-cent sandwich? You want $199.00 quality? Stop being silly!

Landry's hurt . . . I shoved my food to the homeless. What for do I eat such crap?

I MISS REAL FOOD.

I most dont like a orange chicken by "panda express". when I cut off the chicken and saw it. It is still raw chicken. *Eeeeeeeeeeeeek* where is happen to me, in Fremont and in Phoenix, so I stop for "panda express"

*goose bumps* :barf:

Dog/cat meat are illegal in America. I refuse to eat them. Noway! I ate a crab, shrimps, frog's legs and other.

Pink, there are still Joe's Crap Shack here in utah. It's ok, but portion not appropriate to price and much better quality at other restraunts.

McDonalds and Taco bell make me nausiated just thinking about them. Its amazing what the level of marketing will do to fool a people into buying crap like that.

Wokamuka- I agree that New Orleans cajun is tough to duplicate with any comparison, I had good in Gulfport MS and Mobile though

Burger King is soo greasy yuck! McDonald's is not pleasant too. I am not too crazy about the WaffleHouse (greasy).

Lol, Taco Bell would make me sit on the toilet all evening, if I had that for dinner.

For Chinese restaurant then yup due health safety code but legally to do privately, such as at home, depends on state law, most are poorly enforced because it happen in home, that's more private for Chinese families to make it, dog and cat meats are part of their culture.

Same with Asian Indians, some of them are rant at people who eat beef.
