Sorry, but when I think of a bonnet, I think of those frilly things that old-fashioned old ladies wear with a big bow tie under the chin. But then again, your car also has a boot. :giggle:

Jiro, thanks again, but I don't know what interest rate or down payment mean, so I must either talk with parents or look them up and re-read everything.

yep - talk with your parents. this is a very serious business because you will be tied down for at least 5 years just to pay it off. You have to consider all costs involved in car ownership - monthly payment, gas, tolls, routine maintenance costs, and car insurance.

With your monthly $1,000 income.... trust me - you're either better off saving your money or buying used car - perhaps around $8,000-10,000

Heck, I made a bit over $1,200/month when I worked at PJP and I paid $7,000 for my truck. Sure it's been long paid off, but now I have been dropping maintenance on it a lot lately. Rear-end went out on it, got that fixed, now my front end is messed up seriously affecting my steering. No telling what this will cost. :eek3: But the way I see it is, I can pay the mechanic a lot easier than I could trying to make a new truck payment every month. Besides, I'm too attached to my truck to give it up, even if it is not the coolest thing out there. The fact that it's my first vehicle under my ownership is probably why. I worked hard for that truck.

BTW - we call those 'front bonnets' a 'hood' here in America. LOL. However windscreen was different. I thought of a screen like on a screen door or a screen on your house window to keep the flies out. Then I realized it was meant to be 'windshield'.

Definitely - it looks like someone threw somebody onto MY car.

It happened last night, while I was dining with a friend, I dont know what happened until I discovered the dent and the handprint. I reported these to the police earlier today.

However, when I was dining, there was an incident at the same place, where me and my friend was in, police came. We had no idea what happened until we saw some body languages, it seems that the two late teen people witnessed a dude with a knife nearby demanding for money and ran off. The people came back inside screaming. We were like what the...

I would likely believe it's the same group of people responsible for your dent.

OR JClarke threw himself on his own car thus causing him to have a cyst on his tailbone so he could get off work, and get revenge on his brother, as well as insurance money. LOL. J/K.
