actually Liebling I believe the law allows for a 3 year age difference in under age. Because of realizing about high school sweethearts and etc. SO therefore I believe 15-18 can date as long as they were sweethearts before he or she turned 18.

A friend of mine's son had a 15 year old girlfriend and she got preg before he turned 18, then he turned 18 but still together and the law is allowing it.

Yes, It is a very sickness thing to even read. No matter what was being said between this 14 yrs old and him, he should have know better to think with his head than with his own dick.

Something that needs to be mentioned here is that many people are assuming they know who the girl is. I will not say who she is, but I ask everyone to not assume that they know...there is a strong possibility (hint, hint) that you are wrong about this members identity and are now causing harm to somebody.

I am not saying that this 14 years old should be ignored. She do deserve some attention and make sure she gets the discipline she needs, otherwise banned til 18 or whatever.

I've already PMed Alex about the kid who PMed me so he should be able to explain the safety to her...anyone else who got PMs from minors should testify that to Alex immediately if we want AD to be a more comfortable and safe place to visit online.

Understandable, but this won't be easy to have kids stay away from chat room. They are sneak and look for crack to go though. What I mean is that if you prohibit them, they are going to increase their curiousity and doing something that you may not want them to.

I don't mind having my kids using chat room.... of course it will be discreetly monitored! If I find my kids to be responsible, I would lighten up the monitoring and will still check periodly when least expected. Otherwise if I find my kids doing inappropriate action, then there will be a real long lecture and discussion!

I dont know who told you 'straight up' but Alex was not even told who she was other than a 14 year old female member. The three members here that know are myself, Steve and of course her. And if its Steve telling you who she is, then think about what his intentions are by releasing her personal information. Again, I caution about posting information that may be incorrect or information that could bring harm to members. And remember, it could be one of your kids that is being discussed and people making assumptions about their actions.

Well, this is a proof that if NOTHING is done long time ago, the problem is going to get bigger and everybody will jump in drama. It is nothing new, here is proof again... Nothing is done before 9-11 and bang! Bonked and everybody jumped into the "patriotic" fever. Same thing here! Preventation is best way to avoid this from happening, but sad that in the last two years nothing much was done until now.

Yep, I am aware of that. Let's hope that Alex will KEEP the rules that he already made for EVERYONE - no more chance of " comin' back " after the last ban. Wonderin', if there's a rule about this to add Alex's rules ? I mean, it is against the law to solicit young girls. I am hopin' that Alex will add that to his rules as well, so that everyone will read it and agree to follow.

He stated many times that he knew it was against the law but he disagreed with the law, therefore it did not apply to him. There was a thread here the other day where he flat out admitted he knew it was against the law but thought he should be able to date somebody 14.

Yes, you are right. He choose to disobey US law.

He then mentioned going to other countries where this would be legal.

He think he can date 14 years old in other countries where the age legal is but it's not. The parents CAN cop him to crime for sex peverts/stalking to their children then the law take care of. The law will stamp him as sexual predator IF he BOTHER teenagers.

I would like to share with you all what I know.

Many 14 years old prefer to date between one and 3 years older, not more. It's rarely to see between 14 and 18 years old date oldest men... Few, I saw is a 15 years old girl was pregnant by 29 years old guy. Her mother is a friend of me. I know her since she was baby... Of course we were shock after learn that 29 years old made 15 years old pregnant. What a mother do? Nothing but respect her daughter's love for her 29 years old guy and offer him to live with them... Of course we were shock and disgusit about mother's reaction... We are wrong about her and have to agree with her for show her respect on her daughter's love for him and let her learn her own experiences. See, they are happy and love each other... until she is 18 years old and married him and then produced other child together... Now they are happily married for over 13 years now & have 2 beautiful children... I know which years of their marriage because they married on the same year where my son was born. Other friend of mine, I know her niece as little girl... She met 19 years old guy when she was just 15 years old... They were happy together... One year later after their first met, she fall in pregnant thru condom tear up... They produced a baby boy at 3 years ago. They are still happy together and live together at roof of my friend's sister's house. They will get married next year. I do not consider it as sex offender, prevert etc because they choose to love each other and want stay together... If anyone who are old and hungry for teenagers like Bucky did is a prevert... YES.

I can tell from this thread about 14 years old girl that she has unhappy family background... She was being neglect by parental's discipline and attention which is a sad.

Taylor, Her name was being brought up from time to time in some posts and even threads as well. So nobody is that stupid enough to firgured it out who Steve really talked to in private messaged and who she also talked to in private messaged.

I know this because he and I were both on probation for different reasons. That would have been juvenile probation though not adult. I was on it for skipping school due to hearing problems and no one realizing at the time what I needed, he was on it due to family problems at home.

So there are some cases where it is not considered statutory rape. But in THIS case being discussed if he did have sex with her it would be.

I only showed Jazzy's post to you... Yes Jazzy didn't mention either 16 years old girl was being forced by 18 years old or not... OR they were together before he turn into 18 years old... I wanted to remind you. Some of you don't know what had happened few weeks ago, I am not in mood for revenge at all. What happened few weeks ago is that he created a thread asking where is this 14 years old girl!!!! Then he mentioned "WHen she becomes 18 yrs old, it wouldnt matter" That is a big fat red flag!!! I was shocked to learn that mod didn't do anything but take that thread down! I knew something was going on from there. Why nothing was done until now when it gets real bad? The fat red flags was in front of MOD's eyes! There is too many red flags that he said in between making it too obviously. I hope this is a serious lesson to be learn. I think the policy of enticing is too vague. Many of times, including myself wasn't interested in starting the trouble of others, only that I just add them to get them attention and warn them if they get to mess up they are gonna get banned. Of course they push beyond the enevelope, do it make me enticing them? I don't think so!

It is time for mod to take this seriously with any of members, otherwise there will be trouble waiting ahead.

I used to find those magazine when I worked housekeeping in a department store at 17. Guys would buy them for the "older man does the babysitter". checkout they young girls in the mall then head to the mens room and wack off. security would bust them often.
