Subway Jared Fogle to guilty on child porn charges

Well, since he admitted, where two others you mentioned never did. I believe if he refused admit the guilt then gone to trial, he could've got less, who knows?
Can't use time to compare, these two famous guys got away, cause back then it's little to prove, where today we have new law in book, and better technology to prove.

I know sentence does varies greatly, not sure if they are consistency as fair disciplines. Jared lost millions plus 15 years? A Deaf guy who committed similar severity (molesting 13 yrs old) just got out after serving 2 and half years and paid less than half a million. Is it fair? No idea, really.

Another convicted child molester who went on to.direct big earning films is the writer and.director of the jeepers creepers horror films....


Fogle....with his loot should of have had hired advisors from the start to essentially save him from himself, thus protecting his fortune..

If he paid for advisors...he woud of been able to get away with it and then some...few would of been the wiser....

Thats why advisors for that linda of loot exist as a profession....

Polanski and chaplain.left the country...

Chaplain took way way way way more heat and damage for being a communist then any sex with 13 year olds..

Polanski....left, and continued to make films...earning academy awards...the pianist of 10 years or so ago comes to mind.

If memory serves it was jack nicholson who provided the drugs to drug the girl and drove her home after the rape.

Well...lucky for Polanski...:roll:..and lucky for OJ...until he got caught!....and that was then (many years ago)....this is NOW....and if anybody called my daughter at 16 a "working girl"?.....They would have me to deal with.

He got what he deserved...should have been a longer sentence too (if I had my choice)....A Predator of children.

The facts arent even.disputed in.fogles case.

He hired and had sex with 16 year old prostitutes, ie working girls...

No one disputes this.

Ever tried to tell a Father his daughter was a "working girl"?....The majority of parents try to protect their children from Predators such as Jared Fogle....

16 years old is a teenager....still dependent upon adults mainly....and most 16 year old girls are forced into sex slavery....its not by choice.

What's your point? Working underage girls aren't legal prostitution like adult prostitution in USA. Jared Forge just foolishly told witness that he did have sex with minors. Charlie Chaplin, Polanski, jack nicholson they're pedophilla wish wanna tell fogle that he got 100% chance got away if he should kept his mouth shut.

The key here is they left the US and the country in Polanski's case wouldn't extradite him. Fogle stayed and got caught.

If ones daughter is a prostitute, as in getting paid to have sex,what would you term it?
Most working giks would prefer the term working girl, to prostitute or whore as a job discription.

16 year olds are not children as you first stated. Indeed they are teens. Can drive and wn vehicles, an live on their own, can quit school,can work.

Fogle hired already working, workinv girls of the age of 16 for their service.
Surely you can see the difference.

Besides polanski not being extradited he also has been since the event lauded, won awards, acadimy awards and no one much cares if he drugged and raped a 13 year old girl....


He is still rather held in high esteem

It doesn't matter what they want to be called--what they are doing is prostitution, so they are prostitutes. Using euphemisms doesn't make it any more respectable or acceptable.

We have no evidence (though it might be out there) of how they became prostitutes, so they may very well have been forced against their will, and at an earlier age, before they met Fogle.

Actually it does matter what they prefer to be called.

Ive worked with them closely, i escorted working.girls for some time. I have even lived with working girls.
They on the whole, if youve ever known any prefer worling.girl to being called whores or prostitutes.

You can ignore that all cool.

But dont wag a finger and.declare what they wish themselves to be called doesnt matter.
