I have friends who graduated from UPenn and they have never ever referred University of Penn. as Penn State. They referred it was UPenn.

They probably referred it as Penn State just to avoid unwanted attention :lol:

btw - Supreme Court's ruling is a matter of public record. It's available online. So google away and fetch it for us. Try Library of Congress too.
