Would it make more sense if everyone had to go the opposite escalator?

Going down: Take upward escalator.
Going up: Take downward escalator.

I still prefer my Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese, large fries, and a large diet soda. :naughty:

Leg press is in pain ass! I never forget how it hurt my legs.

Sit on machine with back on padded support. Place feet on platform. Extend hips and knees. Release dock lever and grasp handles to sides.

DO FOR 5 times repeat. Then your legs will be weak. Fitness builds escalator for that purpose!
