Laundries

i do laundry when i'm close to out of clothes - pretty much like 2 weeks i prefer doing laundry on weekday than weekend :-P
 
Happens to me RARELY. I have use of a washer and dryer at EMS HQ and I do have my own.
 
i try to do mine once a week, im not concerned about running out of socks or underwear since i have plenty of those. However, i own only 4 pairs of pants (3 jeans and khakis) which.. well after 4 days im done :D So usually i try to wash 2 times a week. When I lived with my mom, her HUSBAND did A-L-L the laundry.. 3 times a week, like clockwork. :D
 
It's only happened to me a few times and that was many years ago. Now, I've got a huge load of clothes that I rarely run out.

Whoa, you lucky do a laundries at an ambulance garage! Do you work as medic or working at an ambulance garage?

Anyway, I do the launderies every bi-weekly, I own a vending card (coinless operated dryers and washers), I have $20 left on my vending card and will deposit more money onto the card later hehe! No more go store for changes :)
 
I try to do Light, dark, towls, jeans, whites as needed soI dont have to wash cloths all day just one load at a time.

if I was near u I wud do ur laundry ;) anyways... I usually do my laundry every weekend it's the best if i don't go out then I don't bother wearin clean clothes ;) that's the best u can do but if last min then do ur laundry on the day u are off from work which will help u ;) :mrgreen: that's what I do usually when I'm lazy on my day of from work :laugh2:
 
i'm now begining to fight for laundry imagine that??? sheesh and we re not using dryer during summer months due to high engery and heat consuming even tho its outside washing machine and all its the electricity cost we re conserving :)
 
I jam all of my laundry in the washer machine at once :o it takes like 3 separate loads for them to dry efficently thats how bad I am with laundry

very interest of ya all. I do wash my clothes whenever my clothes is out. I am do it wash my clothe anyway. it is no problem or i dont have a problem with my mind it is not like forgot easy.. I do still remember. I have a good mind. ;-)
 
I just did my laundry a few days ago. Unfortunately, I was only able to do two loads since that's all the money I had for it. Grr... now, I've got money so I'll be able to finish the rest this week.
 
Well, well, well, I just used sink to wash the skid mark off my underwear and used hand dryer to dry it. Saves money!
 
Well i just did my laundry yesterday PAH but now i know just wear less and do less, summer time is usually high cost of the dryer so my nice little clothes is being hung out LOL!

cricket NO WAY will i use the old fashion way I have senstive body damn! :-X

You know...it's funny -- when I first moved out to Australia 5 years ago -- I had never heard about clothesline outside for hanging clothes. I only knew of them from the '50's when my Mum was young... :P
We use those here to line dry our clothes rather than use our driers as it's very expensive. I don't mind, actually, because the wind blown and sun dried clothes smells really fresh and good, better than electronic dried. ;)
I did 5 loads of clothes yesterday and just pulled down 3 from outside. The other 2 loads are on a clotheshorse in the diningroom. (not a real horse, mind you!)

Hehehe...that reminds me of a couple of times when it was raining so badly and I had about 6 loads of clothes and couldnt' be bothered to do the laundry and hang em inside the house...so I went over to the local laundromat and chucked em all into all the available washing machines...sat and read and did my puzzles until it was all done! ;)
