I am sorry to hear what you went through the situation. I hope you will get a check very soon. Think positive and find ways to get low prices on baby stuff. It is very sweet of Annie to help you out when you are in tough situation. Annie is an :angel: :ily:

Awwww I hope you get it soon too... If Not go In person and Yell that the only way they move faster.. Trust me I been there and still doing it... :)

*rubbing hands*.. I havent get child support this month, he is late.. if he didnt pay.. I will just call his probabtion.. his (_|_) will go bye bye..

SCUBA.. thats sad thing, he met gf and some new friends.. they found out that he didnt see the kids for long time but still paying child support.. they go pity on him and told him that's not right and stop paying me..
But.. he didnt reveal them why... the court terminated his rights/visitations but still pay child support till the kids are 18.. (or if they are adopted by new dad.. he dont have to pay) anyways..
Now i am going thru BS with his gf and friends.. *sigh*.. I just block emails.. or calls.. I just sent his pager "If you ignore this msg, and you ignore paying child support, re-read your recent court papers again, it says it all" that all i say..

Grr.. why those people butt in .. like that.. *sigh*.. but they are asking for trouble.. eh! :)
 
My kids and I were evicted by landlord because my ex husband didn't pay the rent for six months. We were living in the shelter for few days until I found an apartment. We gave up our beautiful Golden Reteiver dog 1997. It was horrible break our hearts since then. We went to food Pantry to collect the food every Saturday morning at the church. Went to Army Salvation to find clothes for two sons. We had been difficult to deal our lives for few years. I finish with my College degree that, I promoted my job twice. I constantly work at second job at night to pay private school. I had horrible and survive with our life !

My sons have been bad childhood but they try very hard to not look in the past. They are thankful to have me as such wonderful Mom. I got a beautiful flowers and card from my son for the Valentine’s Day. They do not know how to live without me. I do not have any relatives who live around here to watch them. Now, they become more responsibility to take care of themselves while I work two jobs.

God Bless us ! We must stay in strong to survive !

upDATE: ARAHH got this e-mail letter.. another postpone...

Hello -----: I spoke with --------'s employer today. ---------'s payroll is done by ADP. ADP is an accounting firm that processes payroll for a number of companies. He informed me that he had notified ADP to begin withholding on 01/20/04. However, they have not begun to withhold your child support. He was under the impression that they had been taking the funds from her pay. He assured me that your child support would begin the next pay date, on 03/08/2004. I apologize for the delay. If you have any questions don't hesitate to get back to me. -----------

I'm sitting.. waiting for mail.. and no child support money arrive today.. still waiting since its past march 8... GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

well seems that she just got her next pay check possible recently SO, it might be that it will arrive end of this month just gotta be pateince it will come eventually!

Beleive me, I wish to help you if I´m an American & know about family support rights but I only know alot about German Family support rights. I don´t know either American Family support rights is the same as Germany or not. ? Let me tell you.......
I hope it would would help if I tell you something/give you the tip.
Go to lawyer who is specialist for the family rights if Youth Welfare/Family council or ex-partner can´t do anything to help you. (Normally it´s their DUTY to support you with child benefits if your ex-partner have no money or no job etc). I can´t imagine that the single parent receive no support from family council because the child´s need cost alot of money.
The lawyer can make court order to force Youth Welcome/Family council to support you with the children expenses if your ex-partners don´t have job or no money to support you.
Your ex-partners MUST support you with child expenses if they have job. They will take their wages off to pay you with the Court order but only if you go to lawyer...
I know councils will do something when you hire lawyer...

I can´t imagine that Youth Welfare/Family council can´t do anything to support you when your ex-partners have no money or no job to support your child because the children are mainly important to get the support.

I was reading this whole thread , I can understand the delaying on the child support money and the frustration u re feeling lately....I am somewhat the same situation as you are....I was told by the court that it will take ONE month before I will be able to get my child support from my husband and However, it took longer than that....

I will check it up when i get the password i need from the officer.

in fact i got child support money on march 17th odd? on st. patricks day.. anyway.. then i found out Sean's mother lost her job..so.. guess i'm trapped again..
 
Oh, bummer. At least you have a check on St. Patrick's Day. I hope Sean's mom has to find a job soon!! Gee. Hang in there.
