I am shaking like a leaf here and do not know what to do, This person came over my house knocking on my door looking for my son's father and was really rude and say that he owes money for drugs that he hasn't paid for weeks now. I asked him where did you get my address from? He says from this person which my son's father. And the same time I was really disappointing in why he gave a drug dealer my address!! I went into a panic position because I have two children in my home and I am so frighten, and He even said he would be back wasn't too happy either I don't know what to do but I am all shaking up here. I gave my son's father a place to stay because he has no where else to go, But this is far unacceptable what he did putting my children in a postion of dangerous. I need some advice on what I should do would greatly appreciated it.
 
If he is putting your children in danger, I suggest that you kick him to the curb. No need for that around kids.

No Kids Father = No Drug Dealers looking for him = No Problems for Cheri

Honey, call the cops and see if you can get restraining order.

Taylor probably knows the best answers here so hopefully he will see your thread soon as possible.

I agree with Meg, Taylor should know a thing or two on how to help you out on the situation. What was done was unforgiveable, and put your children's lives at a high risk. Especially when drug dealers are involved, and they aren't always quite friendly.
 
Oh dear! I understand your fear pain.

Best is go to police right now for your children´s safety.

The children´s safety is the most important and also yourself, too.

Do it straight way please for yourself and your children´s sake.


It sounds that your ex doesnt care how he put you & his son in danger as he forwarded your address to drug dealer. It´s really sad how kind of person he is like this.
 
I am afraid to call the cops because he is a drug dealer and I don't know if I am putting myself and my children at greatest risk if I phoned the Police I would need Taylor to answer this for me, and tell me what I should do. I don't know if this guy is working with a group of people or by himself I cannot take the risk of putting my children or myself in a postion of whatever would happen. I have never had this problem before and it just scare the living hell out of me. :(

My friend had to hide her niece at her house.
Her niece was from Chicago...
She witness a crime, and gangs were threatened to kill her.

So the cops told her to move to Memphis with her AUNT.

After cops arrested the gangs...

Her niece moved back to Chicago.

So Cheri, you need to call the cops and they will help save you.
 
Notice that the person who works for a police department (me) is the only one that said not to call??

Gotta ask, did this guy break a law by coming over? Did he commit assault (Wave a fist or a weapon as to commit battery), commit battery (physically striking someone), make threats of physical harm? From what I read, he didn't break any laws.

Easiest thing, get rid of the problem. It is great to be nice to someone. But, he seems to be causing too much problems.

They want the father of the kids, not Cheri or the kids. What you are saying is something totally different. If the drug dealer says that if he doesn't pay, I will hurt you and the kids, that is something totally different.
 
Jeez, that is totally scary.. Cheri, you definitely have to call the cops right away for yours and your children's safety.

like everyone in here said.. call the cops.. and also PM/IM taylor for advice as he is a cop himself.. i think you are still in danger/at risk whether you call the cops or not.. but i could be wrong?? :dunno: cuz he said he was coming back to look for your son's father.. know what i mean?? at the meantime.. kick the boy's father out... he has no right putting you and your children in danger.. sheesh..:thumbd:
 
Do you have any friends to help u out?. He should have not done to you and kids. Safety is number one. Leave now and stay away from him and his drug problems till he move out.

Yes, I´m agree that it´s important to get an advise from him as cop.

Yeah. he is a cop and he's a hearie.

But still, in my opinion, Cheri should've call the cops right away regardless of Taylor's advice(s) or not. It is her and her children's safety issue.

We got enough to make a police force now. Cop and Dispatcher. LOL

Lemme ask the cops on shift right now for their opinion.
