What was your high school mascot?

Mine was listed as the oddest mascot by Reader's Digest a few years ago - the "Little Johns". :blush:

Our colours were green and white.
 
Freshman Yr HS: Whalers

Sophomore YR HS: Colts

Junior Yr and Senior Yr HS: Lancers
 
two years hs - War Eagle ( kelly green and white)

another 2 years hs - Eagle (blue and white like usa color)
 
Sheepherders!

I kid you not, the Sweetgrass County High School Sheephearders.

As far as I'm aware, we don't have mascots in Australian schools.

We have crests or motto to promote school spirit. :)
 
That is what our mascots are for - although they are primarily used for the athletic teams such as football, basketball, baseball, softball, golf, track & field, etc.

So if you have a school crest and motto, please do share it with us. :)

You probably guessed it - It's the Colonels (and no, it's not after The Colonel known as Harlan Sanders of KFC) :P

Too bad I cannot fit into my old cheerleading uniform now. :(
 
High School in NZ:

"To Wisdom and Honor" (motto)

High School in Canada:

A Wolf mascot: Blue and Gold or Blue and Yellow *can't remmy which*. Go Wolf!
 
My high school's mascot was the tiger and the colors were green and white. RIT also has the tiger and the colors orange and burnt sienna, which is often orange and black for sports.
 
my old school at Kansas School for the Deaf have mascot blue and white says "GO JACKRABBITS"
