I am having phobia when I had a pair of socks on my feet. I was not feeling comfortable because of something on my toes.

Feel like that I was in black plastic bag as I was died. I do not know what it called but I started to take socks off when I was sleeping.

Does this bothering you ?

Sorry, Cheri, can't help ya about the last three phobias but for the first one, I guarantee if you stay in Ohio, you will be just fine!

Hmmm..this is very unusual. Is this just once or always? Cos how do you keep your toes warm in winter? :)

Everyone has things they don't like to sit through. I'm not real fond of the dentist. Granted, I've not had to have that much dental work done (thank God). Just go in for cleanings and what not. But still, I DO NOT like having things put in my mouth.

 Fly I don't know if they could give you a tranquilizer for that, though. The med would last a lot longer than the test, so they may not want to give you something. Just one of those thngs you gotta grin and bear, I guess?

is anyone bbntphobia?

I'm alienphobia (such as alien coming out of human body) :giggle:

ive tried countless times trying to cooperate and get thru the glaucoma test thingie -- nothing ever worked :( eye docs would give up and make note in the record that i was "uncooperative/phobic" oh well -- but yea u right i do need to get the test done due to family history of glaucoma! :o

thanks Ocean!

Arachnephobia or Arachnophobia- Fear of spiders

Apiphobia- Fear of bees

Acrophobia- Fear of heights

Bathmophobia- Fear of stairs or steep slopes

And Im also scared of certain types of birds, thanks to the film called Birds (horrible film)

arachophobia - fear of spiders inesects too anyway
obesophobia.. gaining weights.
nossocophobia -- fear of hospitals.. i hateeeeeeeeeee hospitals.
dystchiphobiia -- accidents -- car accidents mostly...

My biggest phobia is FLYING!

Even though Ive flown thousands and thousands of miles (even flew to Europe twice), I still get panic attacks upon entering a plane. I literally break into sweat and start hyperventialiting before breaking into tears.

I have cancelled at least 6 flights in past 2 years, wasting hundreds of dollars on that.

I am scheduled to fly in March and I am already anxious about it, thinking of updating my will, etc.

Silly, huh

I once had Acrophobia (Fear of heights) but not anymore. I took one of instructor's advice by got on airplane with him & students for parachuting (10,000 feet, I believe).

It broke my fear of heights. Nothing to fear but fear itself - FDR.

It's okay, you have a better chance of getting killed in a car crash than you have of dying in an airplane crash.

Hope that made you feel a bit better.
