I know ok,,But i get really damn frustrated when i see terrorist are committing terrorist acts on our homeland and the courts turn right around and give them life in prison instead the death penalty just like Zacarias Moussaoui and that shoe bomber Richard Reid. America is the only nation that tolerates these terror acts while other nations don't put up with it like Russia and China for example.

Terrorism is punished by life in prison without parole or death penalty - it is jury's decision.

Fact - death penalty will do not help to deter the terrorist and many Muslim terrorists are martyr and they don't care if they receive death penalty or not - they all want to kill Americans or westernized people.

Your claim is false - Russia and China do have a lot of terrorist attacks, even Russia has deal with terrorist attack, especially from Chechnya.

Russia doesn't have death penalty and they put terrorists in prison that is similar to ADX Florence.

what does it matter if they get a life sentence or death penalty? they're caught and put behind the bars in an "impossible-to-escape" prison, aren't they?

why do you like Russia and China? do you like a communist country with history of poor human rights and oppressions? do you like living in a country with dictator-like government? are you anti-American?

I have absolutely no idea what you mean by "America is the only nation that tolerates these terror acts". let's see... we've annihilated Iraq and Afghanistan for a terror attack on America (9/11). We use drone strikes all over the world to kill terrorists. Our special forces just killed ISIS commander in Syria. I don't know if that sounds like we're tolerating the terror acts. Do you judge a country's supremacy by executing anybody you don't like?

Fox,,, You might remember that theater hostage crises in Moscow. You saw how the Russian army dealt with them. They opened fire killed every one of them. I say if ISIS took a government building hostage just call the Swat teams and order them storm in the building and kill every one of them. No Negotiations and no deals.

some bleeding heart will say what rough childhood they win on appeal go home write a book about unjust American legal system make millians dontate to ISIS...that my point about the law and juctice being different..To me juctice be dontating most body organs plus blood once a month allthough someone on here gave reason why that can,t happen..they no live that long and get maximum suffereing while saving lives

You don't care if hostages died and what happen if hostages were your parents or families. It is normal procedure for police department to negotiate tactically to break the hostage apart..

Who saying that ISIS is going takeover of American cities, that's not going happen and you must be paranoid of Muslim terrorists that invade our country.

There is note - US and Russia have different culture and if you are not happy with American culture so time for you to move to Russia, China or North Korea of your choice.

Just like back in 1972 in Munich during the summer games. All those germans did was Negotiating and trying to give in their demands and it didn't work out did it? And you saw the Result. Terrorist don't want to live. They know they have to die to get what their Terror leader wants. Thats why i say storm in the building and kill every one of them. No Negotiations and no deals. and ISIS won't get what they want.
 
The odd thing is I think that persons who don't appear to be of sound mind don't realize that they aren't, and consequently think that the rest of us who are of reasonable mind are nuts. It's apparent in some posts.

The judge honored Jury's decision on Death penalty, he, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev just convicted and received death penalty. So now it is official.
 
what do majority americans want..not really domestic issue just happen in America..i don't think majority world be crying for him..Most of world don't have death penalty thank god but most of us would not argue or try stop America executing him and be glad you did..it slam dunk case is it not
 
Well he will get his 70 goats or virgins or whatever when he meets allah.....
