Ok, since this is conservative vs liberal thread, there is no need to pay him more attention and let him hijack the thread any futher and get it locked. He said he doesnt care, and if nobody cares what he says thread will be back to its natural state. Do you believe he needs more credit and attention?

What do you guys think about the current results of the pool? Did it turn out to be the way you expected?

:ty: for post here.

Dear ADers,

:ty: for positive posts toward Babyface.

From now, I would like you to ignore his posts to consider the title of my thread.

Babyface, please respect my thread. If you want to say something then create a new thread, not here. :ty:

That's true. I agree with you. We need to ignore him and go ahead talk about Conservative and Liberal.

So with your logic, you would also say that the following didn't exist:

Manzanar
Tule Lake
Poston
Gila River
Granda
Heart Mountain
Minidoka
Topaz
Rohwer
and Jerome????

If you know what they were...

more stuff the system made up? still I dont care 6 mil died... not my problem

Obviously they didn't teach him well enough in school.

If you are wondering what they were in my post....they were the American internment camps of the Japanese Americans.

You might not want our respect but you also have no credibility now.

By the way, just because most kids today don't display "sophisticated" writing skills in their IM's doesn't mean Anne couldn't write her diary. If you read other diaries written by young people over the past two hundred years, you would see that such writing was not uncommon.

Would you have to be forced to the death camps by American soldiers to view and bury the decaying bodies of the dead like the villagers who lived in denial near the camps?

The Allied soldiers who liberated the camps, and documented on still and video camera the atrocities that they found, didn't lie. The survivors who gave testimonies, didn't lie.

Interestingly enough, real Nazi sympathizers don't deny the Holocaust. They relish in it, and only regret that it wasn't successful.

If you deny the Holocaust of six million happened, then you must be in your own conflict trying to rationalize your anti-Jew feelings.

I love your humor and I also agree. :gpost:

:topic: Don't talk about history. Let talk point at Conservative vs Liberal thread. Please respect to Liebling's thread. No more talk about history and nazi. Just ignore Babyface

Okay... In morning today, I already lost a lot respect for anti-(something I know) because of hatred at outside of AllDeaf... so I change my view. It's a long story.

I'm not a liberal anymore... but I don't know what I will fit in...

Tell me about Centrist and is there more optionals than just Centrist, please?

Thank you.

Centrist is pretty much self-explanatory. You're in middle - combining some of right and left together aka "moderate"

Centrist Party - I don't know the authenticity of this site but after a quick glance, it looks good. Feel free to correct me about this site.
What Is A Centrist?
Centrist Quiz - I just took a quiz and looks like it's correct about my view that I stated long while back - A Centrist with a touch of Republican side.

Hope this helps!

:ty: a lot lot lot lot!!!

That's so informative website. ;) I already took another quiz lol. I am about to read those links that you gave me.

I am curious, is there any more optionals than just Centrist?

sure why not? Pretty much all parties are the same in terms of different level. There are liberal/moderate/conservative/ultra Republicans and same for Democrats. I'd say I'm a Conservative Centrist. I'm guessing your quiz would say you're more of a Liberal Centrist.

Oooh... I just took quiz and it said Liberalian (sp) Centrist. :dunno:

I'll think about it before I decide to be in a party. :)

Thanks a bunch! :D

here you go -
Libertarians support maximum liberty in both personal and economic matters. They advocate a much smaller government; one that is limited to protecting individuals from coercion and violence. Libertarians tend to embrace individual responsibility, oppose government bureaucracy and taxes, promote private charity, tolerate diverse lifestyles, support the free market, and defend civil liberties.

Okay... I really enjoy those links so I saved them in my bookmark. Okay... It's pretty hard for me to pick it since I'm close to both:

They're from the quiz link that Jiro posted it.

how about half of each? :cool2: Mind you - what's stated above is just very rough description of each view. Nowadays - it's blurry and each party are pretty much the extremists. McCain is far right and Obama is far left (I don't buy it that some have claimed he's a Centrist).

:chuckles: Well, that's because of this:

- Green font that I agreed.
- Underline font that I agreed too.

Left (Liberal)
Liberals usually embrace freedom of choice in personal
matters, but tend to support significant government control of the
economy. They generally support a government-funded "safety net"
to help the disadvantaged, and advocate strict regulation
of business. Liberals tend to favor environmental regulations,
defend civil liberties and free expression, support government action

I think I feel I'm more Liberal Centrist... because of the first part. I don't know...

Folks, try to remember this..... not every conservative is Republican and not every liberal is Democrat.

Being a consevative or liberal is one's personal choice. We all should respect that.

Years ago, my grandmother reminded me this, if I don't or have intention of voting a Politican, I have no business talking about them.

I decided to be Libertarian Centrist for now... Ahhh... Sighs. :dizzy: =_=

don't worry. don't fret over this. it's not a big deal to label yourself. If you want to - You can call yourself as Liberal (or Libertarian) on a very very broad scale... depending on the consistency of your views. My view is very consistent since little so I'd call myself as Conservative.. on a very broad scale, of course. :cool2:

There are pretty much 3 very broad views - Liberal, Libertarian, and Conservative. I was pretty much set out to vote for McCain before. Unfortunately.... 2000 McCain not equals 2008 McCain. He has become a Yes-Man.
