Coach paid kid to hurt disabled teammate.

What's a shame?? That is no way to treat that boy. He have every right to play in the game just like anyone else.
 
if my daughter ever joins any sport team ,despite her spina bifida, and her coach treat her like shit, the coach better be prepared for my hot temper to blow on his sowwy ass if he pull shit like that on my daughter.

Btw, Sable. It is possible for your daughter to be active in sports if she chooses to be as she grows older. There are programs that sponser wheelchair sports. Wheelchair basketball is big, and I believe there is wheelchair tennis as well. In fact, I participated in both as a teenager. :) There's also aquatics, too. Swimming can be quite therapeutic to those with mobility issues.

Whether Vampy is a Mod or not a mod, he's still entitled to express his opinion.
 
But you have a big responsibilty as a mod.Let me ask you this. Would an umpire or a referee use profanity back at the player? No, Would a cop use profanity at you? No, So why should mods get on our level?

Since when do you criticise a mod? Especially in an open forum like this. If you have problem with a mod, take it up with them or Alex in pvt. It's not Kosher to criticise a mod in the open; especially when Vampy wasn't doing anything wrong in the first place! He wasn't being overly crude or insulting. He was merely stating what kind of treatment he would like to exact on the coach. Quite frankly, Raven, I think you're being just a wee bit high minded here.

That is very sad what the coach did, He did it just because he wants his team to win?!


And I cannot believe the child who got paid by the coach did what the coach asked him to do, Didn't he just stop and think is that right or wrong? :(

I'm very disappointing in the coach, It's not about winning, It's about having fun. That's what sports are all about.
 
If youre a coach and you wanna disapline a kid heres how you should do it.
Scream at him.
Run Laps.
Run all the asles in stadium or in arena.
Make him do push ups,Or sit ups or even pull ups.
Make him lift more heavy weights.
Or Bench him.

Thats how you disapline kids in sports

You've never been around mentally disabled children, have you, RS? Treating a child in this manner could have serious consequences. I would not treat anybody like this. Never mind a child with disabilities.

Well in my days in my gym class we had a real asshole for a gym teacher.He says this class is not gym class This is Phys ed!

You were also probably not in a class with mentally or physically disabled students. That's a whole different ball game, excuse the pun, than what you're used to, I'm sure.
