That’s not Santa Claus. It’s another guy with the same name. But Santa will not be delivering to the United States this year anyway. The Office of Homeland Security has Santa on a watch list, and if he attempts to enter restricted airspace, standing orders are to intercept his sleigh. He will be given one warning to leave restricted airspace immediately, and if he doesn’t comply, the Defense Department has orders to shoot him down.
 
erm...if you are trying to show us that it's funny...well then I'm not really laughing...

I guess it's because I dont really believe in Santa and that he doesn't even exist but what does it have to do with the years? and that he died 4 years ago?

I find it quite pointless.
