Thanks, It gets tough sometimes.Those members are so important to AD.They have been good to me.
 
It was a typical spring day here Im getting off this thing before I fry it, I just realized its lightning here. Time to go wireless....
 
It seems if Roadrunner has left AD.com, we have lost our important moderator of Alldeaf.com.

EDIT: Yeah, his 'global Mod' title is nowhere to be seen.

Funny you mentioned that.......I haven't seen Angel on-line in awhile.
 
We just had a thunderstorm here, not like the ones in the midwest or East US anyway. We had some lightning, hail, snow and heavy rain with a bit of gusts. What a weird day we had.

Really?! In Seattle?!

It was sunny and gorgeous today on the Coast!
 
Wow, that's a nice area! Do you feel lonely living there? I know jobs, deaf socials, etc isn't that good in that area for young deaf people. I have been to that area before, really long beach, ha ha.

No....there are deaf people living here.

The one is an old lady in Oysterville that lost her home in the Storm of December 2nd-3rd, and the other is a deaf guy that doesn't know ASL as his signs are all "home signs". And there is a young deaf couple that just moved here to the city of Long Beach as he got a job in the fishing industry but that is questionable now due to lack of work-- overfishing and salmon numbers are low.

That 28 miles of long sandy beach is still there!

I know there are deaf people there, just that it's pretty small compared to Seattle area or Spokane area. I would never be able to find a job in Long Beach area.

I'm sorry about that old lady lost her home, ouch! It sure was windy there.
