Male Body Shave

I actually haven't shaved my legs in over a year. Before that, it was still every 3 weeks or so. Due to the lack of shaving, my leg hair has become light in color, soft, and it is hard to see unless you look closely. People freak out (especially girls) when I tell them this, but then I show them my legs and they get it. :cool:
 
If I ever was going to take off any of my hair I'd opt for wax. Shaving leaves unslightly bumps and all sorts of unwanted things. If you get it waxed it's so much nicer -- hurts like a bitch. The most I ever did was shave my chest, my face and one other place :d
 
mostly man always do that getting shave his body,legs,underarms

my family never been shave but that really crazy!

i knew wwe superstars always do that shave include his body,legs,underarms everyday than nothing.
 
FYI I am using men razor not women's. Mine has 5 blades I think. I never liked women's razor..it gave me rashes! I used either shampoo or contiondor (sp) to shave...I never liked shaving cream.

I do want go specialist to remove unwanted hairs but that gonna cost moola! :cool: Darn it that all insurances don't cover it on unwanted hair! :lol:

I would love to go electrostatic (sp?) and removes unwanted hair on my body. Some part I don't like to shave so often. Oh well. I guess I'll accept it for now till I save up and do that. :thumb:

It's called electrolysis. I had my hair removed using the electrolysis. It was too painful, and very long process. It was awful expensive. I gave it up. The electrolysis usually does not work because the hair roots grow again. If you want the electrolysis service, you would have to make about 10 appointments. The cost would be about 300 to 600 dollars each appointment.

Now, there are some lasers that can remove the unwanted hairs. I am not ready to pay someone to do it for me - The total cost $3,000 to $10,000 for 3 to 10 treatments. The laser treatment last 15 to 20 minutes each appointment.

I use my cordless electric shaver that has a comb on it. It works good, and it is better than a razor and a shaving cream. I feel cool without hairy. You really do not need the razor because the hairs will grow.

Most hair removers (chemical creams) are not good because they contain aluminum. The tiny aluminum block the hair's root inside the skin, but it is risk that go to the blood stream because the metal is very light that can flow up to the brain which lead Alzheimer's disease. So, don't use the cream.

I recommend you to use a cordless combed shaver because the wired shaver has two screws on the top of the cutter which is too risk due loosen screws during vibration. The cordless is safer, quiet, and it doesn't have the screws on the cutter.

:werd: Did not know about the Aluminium risk, will have to check into that. I'm allergic to the stuff, makes me look like I have chicken pox on my legs.




PuyoPiyo: I'm not sure why it is not ok in the USA. I have noticed that guys who have tattoos shave a lot, because thay don't want hair growing out of the nice artwork, and it looks funny to have just one random patch shaved but the rest not. As a straight woman, I think that shaving looks better for guys. A lot of guys (of all orientations, I assume) here in AZ shave, helps keep them cool in summer (It was 112F today), and it looks better during pool season.

/thinks the best/only good place for guys to have long hair is on their heads. :giggle:
 
Ahh...I understand how you feel about those treatments! I bet it was painful! :(

Can you show me the picture of the cordless shaver? Thanks! So I can get an idea and maybe I can get one myself. :thumb:

My oldest son shaved his underarm and legs. :eek3: I asked him why he do that? He said that many guys do like that.. Oh yeah, I have seen them at swimming pool and fitness studio... Oh Well... :ugh3: He said that it´s fashion...

He hates hairy and said that it makes him look ape and don´t want to be like his Daddy... :giggle: I explained him that his hair will grow thicker if he carried on shave his underarm and legs. He said that I do the same then... I said no more... :eek3: :giggle:

My Turkish co-worker shaved his chest, underarm and legs... It must be work hard for him...wow... I suggest him to use wax then he won´t shave his hairy until 4 or 6 weeks. He said OOccchhh.... :giggle:

My brother is starting to think about shave his chest as well....

Yeah I did that before and HATE it. I prefer women's cream to shave my leg, I always use the sensitive skin creams. Men's cream is NOT for leg, it's for face. So yeah..

Interesting about your experiences.. Yeah I know it's way too expensive, but if I would be that patient with the electrolysis processing, then it would be worth it and will not shave ever again in the life.

Oh about the cream, I think you might talk about the depilatory, I did tried that and WOULD NEVER do that again, except for my lower leg, but give me bad itching and rashes and chemical burning on my top legs, but oddly it works on my lower legs..

Yeah I agree, guys look hotter with shaved legs, even most of male models shave their leg and chest, everywhere else on their body.
