Just put in the ad "firm price." That will make it clear that negotiating is not an option.
Instead of getting angry think of the hagglers as fodder for great stories to tell in the future. You can even say, "Thank you for giving me another stupid customer story. My friends love it!" Then show them the door.
Personally I wouldn't do that though. I would just say that the price is already extremely low, and as stated in the ad, not negotiable. But if they insist, you will consider a higher offer. For the heck of it, if there were no other customers around and I wasn't busy I would go in the other direction. If the customer offered $50.00 for something I said was for sale at $120.00, I would say -- "Congratulations sir, the price is now $190.00." But I don't think you are wired that way so you should just feel free to show them the door.
