that..... is a very bad idea. using FB during trial can be and will be used against him/her and it can affect outcome of the trial.

Urgh, yup. had to get in the trunk and dig out the snow scraper brush. about 1 inch heavy wet snow. haha- you wait 2 days and you'll get YOURS perhaps
 
ahhh, and now I have tons of new leaves on the grass in the yard from the wind and storms....but I have a cool new leaf mulcher that looks like a lawn mower that acts like vacuum and mulches the leaves finely, but I have to wait until it dries up a little more.....I feel OCD with keeping my grass clear and watching all the leaves make me feel like carpet or floors in the house are dirty and need cleaning.
 
Having a hard time getting to sleep. Stupid concussion. Quitting soccer. :(

I try best think so positive improve :D hope be faithful! change future but don't give up!! That is very tough my best hard work! :D

I thought that's what these statewide tests were. Like Missouri has the MAP and Florida has the FCAT.

I know when I was in school, Florida had the "Functional Literacy Test" and we took it in 8th grade to see if we were ready for high school and then took it again (harder one) in 11th grade to see if we were ready for 12th grade in school. You had to pass it to graduate.

I am thinking about Nov 3. I have a job interview at Macy's. I have a good feeling and reasons that I will get the job.
1. When I worked for the company 11 years ago (cringes slightly) I left in good standing.
2. It is the beginning of the Holiday season and they need the extra help.
3. I plan to stay on, if I am offered a permanent position.
