Sleeping Problem?

I haven't sleeping every nights that much, but I only sleep 2-4 hours each days. I feeling fine, no headache at all. Maybe relating to age, or drinking too much caffeine, or thinking too much about my old girlfriend *sigh*. What wrong with me?!! :mad2:
 
Maybe have a calming down relaxing time before bed would help. No tv, or computer. Just quiet sitting.
 
Could it be that you have been at the Food Lion store checking out all the cute girls every day? Just kidding. :P :lol: I have no idea what the problem could be, but have you gone tp the doctor to have yourself checked up?
 
I agree with Botti. How about exercising? Like walking around the block before go to bed, for example. Maybe it will help you, to sleep well. :dunno:

Yeah, but one problem is dreaming.... :shock: I am uncomfortable with that dream almost everynight.

Ok, then maybe it is anxiety, because you fear the dream you don't want to sleep. Maybe ask your doctor for a short term trial of sleeping pills to break that cycle?
 
Maybe, there's nothing wrong with you.

I also sleep 4 hours a night on average.

If I recently had a very long day and there's nothing going on tomorrow, then I'll sleep longer. Other than that, it's usually 4 hours of sleep for me. :)
 
I had troubles sleeping too and I eventually realised the following:
(during week I go to bed at 11pm)
- no caffeine after 6pm
- no sports after 8pm
- no PC / TV right before sleeping! at least half an hour of *calming/relaxing* time.

I am used now to have my shower right before going to bed, then read some more and then turn off the light.

It now only takes me about half an hour to fall asleep, sometimes less.

You have to see what is going on. If you have thoughts going on in your mind, then it is kinda normal you have a hard time falling asleep. If you really notice that your nerves aren't good right before going to bed, then I'd suggest you get medical help.

I've tried those. Didn't work for me.

In fact, I can drink caffeine and still sleep. :)

Are there many things on your mind when you try to catch sleep?

Maybe to something to do activities then worn out at night and good sleep?

Just watch a very very boring movie and it will make you fall asleep. Jiro advised this, and it works.

Well, this is good to know you are feeling better. :) If you would do the same routine every night for a bit, you should feel better.
 
I am glad you had a good night's sleep Josh! Me too :D From 1am until 11.28!!! *sigh* I love morning where I can sleep in... it's wonderful :giggle:
