They still smell of it. And if they eat brownies, you can smell it while the brownies are cooking. You can also smell it when someone is rolling a joint because the THC is sticky and gets stuck to their fingertips so then the oil of their fingertips or the heat causes the smell to spread.
no.... that's not what Byrdie's asking. Just because you smell it doesn't mean the person is under influence of it. For example - just because you smell my beer doesn't mean I'm drunk or impaired by it. What if I drank only half the can? To say that the person is under influence means he/she is affected by it thus their functions are impaired.
is the person's cognitive function impaired? is his speech slurred?
