You should drink one serving per hour and have a glass of water in between drinks. For every serving you have, take a hour to let it wear off.

I don't drink that much but when I do I drink slow and I know when to stop.

I don't drink much either but whenever I wanna to drink, I use my judgment how much i want to drink and when to stop.

I don't drink too much. It's not good. Because the alcohol's amount add on percent and high calories. I can't drink too fast. I rather to be chill out and slow. I don't like to drink so fast cause puke up. I haven't drink alcohol since 3 days before surgery. I can't drink it now.

Yea, it is wise not to consume alcohol when you just had surgery.

I drink wine often so I dont know if that makes me an alcoholic or not. I dont get drunk ..just enjoy the taste of wine and mellow out.

My husband's doctor said that if anyone has ever gotten so drunk to the point of blacking out, they are alcoholics. I do not believe in that.

I used to drink cooler wine twice. I am not alcoholic. I haven't drink wine for 12 years.

That's drinking responsibly. :thumb:

That's one huge problem at RIT/NTID. A lot of students don't know when to stop. They keep going and going.

When I was a RA, I had to deal with drunk students.

I've also been to parties where people keep drinking and drinking. It led to many problems.

One woman was in a relationship with another guy, but when she was drunk... she kept calling out the name of a different guy. This happened to another woman too.

One girl constantly puked foam.

One girl peed in someone else's room when she thought it was the bathroom.

One guy puked in the hallway... twice... and in the bathroom... twice.

When I asked all of them why they got drunk. Their response was... "Cuz it's cool and I wanted to have fun."

What could possibly be so fun with pissing off your boyfriend, peeing in a stranger's room, puking in the hallway and bathroom, and ending up in the hospital cuz the only thing you could puke was foam?

At that age, I used to think getting drunk was fun but not anymore. Whew!

How much Alcohol is too much you ask ?

Well, please read & remember:
All alcohol contains sufficient capabilities to deal out devestating health afflictions, without warning or any signs. It doesn't require you to be drunk or one of these bingers either. Doesn't matter your age or life style. Doesn't matter any inherited health problems nor if your completely healthy. It can take its position inside your body pretty much with the first few drinks.
Imagine having a parasite lodged in your body, quietly, unknown to you or your family or your Doctor, for years and years and years ! Then suddenly he's bored, and decides to have a bit of fun with this home ! Boom, whatever he's decided to give you will hit, and 99% of all these liquor afflictions have no cure either. So suddenly your beautiful perfect healthy happy life is near completely destroyed. And there's nothing you can do to reverse it !!! N O T H I N G at all !
How much alcohol is too much you ask, me ?????
If my late husband & I, had known what was going to happen, just from drinking socially with friends, family & work mates,
I can guarantee you that we wouldn't have ever touched the crap !!!

Unfortunately, whats been done cannot be reversed ! Buried my gorgeous hubby, last August 10th/07, in a double plot, with my name on the right side of his, waiting for me. I've been told by family Doctor & Specialists it won't be long !!!

Does that answer your question on alcohol ?
Hope so !
Please don't destroy your life like we did ours !
