That's why I suggested for u to read The South Beach Diet book. At the beginning (phrase 1), no bread, rice, white flour, sugar or milk. Eat lots of vegs, meat, some fruit, cheese, nuts. Then after few weeks, on phrase 2 can have whole wheat/pumpernickle/rye/whole grain bread (not white or bread with white flour), brown or wild rice (not white), regular oatmeal, fiber cereal, milk and still no sugar. Stay on phrase 2 til weight goal reached, then phrase 3. I haven't really read into phrase 3 yet, but the book said that it is more liberated food plan. That book also has a lot of good receipes. Lots of doctors follow this diet themselves. My doctor used that diet and lost over 50 pounds. He runs every day now and looks very healthy.

Here's quite expensive.. aint' afford afterall.. so I can find another way to have little excerise myself little bit at time but ain't work losing my weight and even diet foods.. noth'n much for me...
Only the way for rid my thryroid... *still waiting for arrangement visit in Kitchener and to seeing specialist dr* :D

It would be up to you if you want to use organic produce or foods, but not required. I use fresh vegs from grocery store, cook fresh meats instead of frozen, use cold meat, whole wheat/multi grain bread, etc.

Glad you will do this after your baby born...when is ur baby due? How does your dad feel now after he had lost lots of weight?
 
Update:

I know I suppose to weight in on Tuesdays, but can't help it so I decided to get on the weight scale this morning and was so excited! I lost 3 pounds :fruit:

Anyone who lost or gain weights???

Don't worry cause when I started doing that on the first week it was so hard to lose weight because you have to get used to your body and do exercies then finally lose weight about two-three weeks.
 
me little bit lose the weight was before 185 to 190 that is all till finally went down to 180 but still up and down 180 to 185 blah lol

I lost about 2-3 lbs...not bad for start! :thumb: I am hoping to loose a lot more before I meet ADers in July!

I think mine is probably the same, but will find out tmr morning when I weigh in. I lost 11.5 lbs since Jan 2nd, so it's still good. I'm glad you are not gaining...so that's great! See what your weigh in is tomorrow on Tues and let me know. Hugggsssss! :hug:

That's really good! 2-3 lbs is great! Keep it up. Oh me too...I gotta lose weight before my husband Dave and I meet ADers in July!

Yeah I did weight-in this morning and it is the same weight as yesterday so I still lose 3 pounds. :)

That's great!!! :thumb: WTG! Did you know that it is normal to lose 1 to 3 lbs per week???

i havent lose weight yet.. so wait and see next week... today i will start going fitness.. :D
