Roku 3. Channels that offer captions

Yup yup I own a Roku now and I've used my friends AppleTV a lot. A lot of channels have captions for their shows but it's not an ALL or NONE issue. I.e. History channel has a lot of their TV shows captioned but a few of them don't have captions. Personally I like the Roku better for the...

    Please be gentle... I'm new...

Hahahaha, no shelia is an aussie nickname for girl (bloke is boy). In US we call girls, babes, chicks, or whatever. Isn't that common down there or are you just a big city girl?

    Ah, the USA needs this.

Haha, they pretty much use whatever is on hand, most of the times they are about the size of a baseball or softball. And they stone in groups. Come back to life?? Lol, stoning means to kill. There isn't no coming back.

    Ah, the USA needs this.

Heh, stoning was also done by the Jewish and gentiles during the old testament times. So Hindus are not alone, but technically speaking as Christians, we now have a choice about stoning. Jesus never mentioned not to stone someone. I'm not sure how it is exactly for Hindus, and why they...

iPhone Automatic VoiceMail to Text App

On a side note, the Dragon Dictation app, does voice to text very well. Just hit the record button and anyone can talk to it and it'll convert it to text. Has a bit of errors but hey, it's free too.

iPhone Automatic VoiceMail to Text App

I don't know if someone has already mentioned it but I thought I would post this anyways... I've been annoyed with people calling me and leaving me voicemails every now and then. A couple months ago I downloaded the Yap app and have been using it ever since. It really saves a lot of trouble...

    Death of All Current Sidekicks

The deaf plan with AT&T for the iPhone is $45.00 (if you don't use much data bandwidth, you can get the $35.00 plan). Personally I think you should switch to AT&T, better coverage. And you can jailbreak the iPhone which gives you a LOT of things you can do like free apps and stuff That's...

Some Parents say vaccines trigger autism. But, is skipping the shots the answer?

I grew up not getting mine and it has never been a problem. But my school was a small private Christian school and sick kids ARE sent home no matter what. I'm a little cross on giving and not giving it to a kid. The shots don't always keep your kids protected 100% but it is very very very...

    RIP Cap'n Crunch

Ohhh I can still taste my days of Cap' Crunch! If it was around all my healthy food in my house, I'll have it as a little occasional reward. But meh, I never bothered to buy it in a long time, lol

    e-reading For hearing People Only?

I don't think they have a digital copy available. The publish company has to have a deal with the sellers like amazon or barnes and nobles to release a e-reader version. Also the book is kinda old before e-readers were all that of today so that's probably another reason why there is not a...
