I think everyone is making valid points. I honestly think that it has much more to do with humility than anything else. Not saying that white people aren't humble, that would be ridiculous. I totally understand Bott's thought process because it makes perfect, rational sense. I just feel that...

Oh yes lol that is true. Universities have either in-state or out-of-state tuition. In regards to county schools, which is the type of school that OP attends currently, they either have in-county tuition or out-of-county tuition.

As far as I know, all schools in the country accept federal financial aid unless its something like a very small vocational or technical school but even cosmetology and the votech school here in my county accept fafsas. I'm sure you won't have a problem finding somewhere else to go. Why don't...
