I just wanted to let everyone know how my old Yorkie is doing. Since having all his teeth (except 2) pulled in December, he has gained 2 pounds!!! He likes to go for walks now. And last Tuesday, March 10, he turned 16 years old! Thank you all for your help.

You are all assuming that the cats all died at the same time. They could have been kept in a freezer for years. It does sound like a hoarder. It may be possible that the person that was hoarding them died and someone cleaned out the freezer. It is really sick though

Sounds like you think if you love her hard enough and long enough, she will realize how wonderful you are and will change, right? Wrong. It's part of the pattern of abuser/abusee.

This is so very, very sad. I have 4 dogs, 3 cats, and two chickens, so I know how hard it can be financially. I am very lucky in that I have been able to keep all my pets. They have been with me through thick and thin and I can't imagine having to part with them.

I guess not everyone has somebody that will cry when they die. I think it was more popular and accepted about 100 years ago.

Actually there used to be what was called "criers" or "wailers". They were professionals that went to funerals to cry. Don't know if they got paid or what. I don't know for sure, but I think during the early 1900's I think some of my family members did it.
