Actually there used to be what was called "criers" or "wailers". They were professionals that went to funerals to cry. Don't know if they got paid or what. I don't know for sure, but I think during the early 1900's I think some of my family members did it.

Huh? never heard such a thing! why would anybody want
to do that? that is strange, after all, members of family
and friends do cry, for crying out loud! (pardon the pun!)
at the funerals, dont they?? :confused:

I heard that before. You can hire Cryer or Wailer to cry on funeral. It is either Professional Mourner or Mourner-for-hire In that way whoever come to funeral cry too. You could ask Funeral Homes if they have list of Professional Mourners to hire. That sound sadisic to me. I will make sure I update my Will state that don't hire a mourner on my funeral day :rofl:

I guess not everyone has somebody that will cry when they die. I think it was more popular and accepted about 100 years ago.

She had a gall to sit on chairs reserved for siblings of my father in law. My wife's sister was furious in quiet way. She told brother in law to escort her to other chair reserved for friends and relatives across the floor. Finally he told her in kind way and tug her to sit other chair across the floor. I think there is more to the picture than what is actually being told especially the comment highlighted in the above post.
 
for a min, i thought u meant as women or men come in the funeral home and act like they cry and know that person well and etc then meet some ppl and hook them up and have a sex, oppisite of wedding crasher....

Heh! That's a good one!

I've done that to people who tried to do that to me. (No, not a funeral... but tried to make me think they were someone they weren't.)

Yes, I agree with you that they got a lot of nerve to eat their foods.... Argh..
Same thing with two deaf couple who are not church members, they just came for the Xmas party foods at the hall, when they were done with foods and then, they left without saying thanks. This happened a month ago. How rude they are?!!! :roll:
