They have a quite few products of dri-aid boxes from the basic to the powered ones. It's listed under deaf equipment, hearing first aid, drying aid kits.
Are they the hard moulds then yes it could be a poor fit.
If it's soft moulds again poor fit may be the issue but also consider an allergic reaction to the earmoulds?
