Not necessarily.

Two people with identical IQ's might not understand each other if they different backgrounds, areas of interest, education, levels of code switching ability, and desires.

On the other hand, two people with different IQ's can very easily understand each other if they have common interests, patience, desire to communicate, mutual goals, and willingness to be flexible.

Most people who join in conversation don't know each others' IQ's (unless it's a MENSA meeting).

It is not a social norm to inquire about another person's IQ.
 
If I date girl who has same as my IQ at harvard, does it mean we are different and do not understand each other?

Remember, it is not a social norm to inquire about someone's IQ.

Also, did you know that people can lie about their IQ's?

I met girl who looks like higher than me. I was laughing at her at gallaudet then lots of people think she is too smart but lack of socialize and really isolated in room all the time.

I was told by a psychologist friend of mine that an IQ over that is rare. Hells, I admit when I might be wrong.

Girls can lie about their age, their income, their GPA, their virginity, their families, their drug use, their boobs (real or not), and a million other things, including their IQ's (if they don't slap you first for asking).

How do I know? I've witnessed it.
